Cervical length at 17 weeks pregnant… worried

Cervical length measured at 3.14 cm at 17+2. I requested a check during my gender ultrasound. Doctor said it’s normal and no concern. Should I be concerned? I read that 3.0cm or below at 20-24 weeks is a high risk of preterm labor. I feel like I’m awfully close to that already at 17.
