Looking for some advice and felt like maybe this theme could be a standalone discussion topic.

I've worked at the same company for 5+ years but over the past few months things have gone down hill and I worry about the future of my role post baby let alone until my due date. I already have my leave approved but wondering if anyone else has been on the job hunt pre-delivery or soon thereafter. It feels too soon to be sending out my resume if I don't want to return to work until August but I'm the primary income so the uncertainty is uncomfortable. Here for any tips or learnings from those who've made an employer switch either pregnant or with a ~6month old. Thank you!
