Normal or questionable?

I am onto my 3rd pregnancy, I have a boy and a girl already and experienced horrible HG with both pregnancies that would start right from 4 weeks gestation. This go around, I tested positive around 2-3 weeks, the lines were dark and took no time to show up. Although I am still experiencing morning sickness, it is very light and scattered, nothing at all like what I have previously experienced. My breasts grew 2 sizes already, and my stomach is also bloated, but is fairly big for this early, I look as I did when I was 4mo pregnant with my son and I am only approximately 5 weeks now. I'm having trouble sleeping and can't seem to get out of this sleepy state I've been in. I'm exhausted.

I'm waiting to get in with my doctor, but these differences I'm experiencing are making me question whether there are multiple. What do you all think?

personally, my breasts and belly grew faster with my next pregnancy as well. however, it’s possible you’re carrying twins. how old are you? the older you get the more likely twins are to come up. do they run in your family? ask yourself these questions and you can gauge how likely it is for you

My grandmother's sister was a twin if I'm not mistaken, I don't have much information on my family. I had just turned 33 yesterday so I guess my odds are higher. I've experienced bloating before, just not this much, this quickly. Thank you for your reply 😊
