Idk if i’m pregnant

I have had three negative tests, and i thought i got my period but it was during the time frame of implantation bleeding, id be six weeks now if i am pregnant, what should i do?

If you have negative tests, you are not PG at this time.  Keep testing every few days until you either get a positive, or you get your period.  If you are concerned, call your doctor.

You probably just had an early period.
