Constipation

I’m 11 weeks and very constipated. I drink a lot of water and take colace. Any advice ?

I don't have any advice but I can sympathize with you because I have constipation too. It may be coincidence but I began taking prenatal vitamins and that seemed to help a little. They didn't make it go away but made it a bit better.

I would suggest calling your doctor's office and see if they have any recomendations for you as well.
