Pregnancy calculation after miscarriage

Hello all! I need some help/advice. I had a miscarriage on January 4th. After the bleeding stopped I took a pregnancy test it was negative. But I was not feeling good recently so I decided to take a pregnancy test yesterday February 13th and it came back strong posite. I am currently out of the country and can't really see an OB now. But does anyone has an idea of how far I can be? In this case can my MC date considered as the 1st day of my last cycle? Meaning I am approximately 5w6days?
