Listeria outbreak and recall

Just read this morning that the cotija cheese I've been eating for a couple weeks has been recalled due to connections to a nationwide outbreak of listeria. I'm freaking out, I always make sure to check that I'm buying pasteurized cheeses and otherwise safe products, and this still happens. I'm 17+3 and so terrified, especially considering I can be asymptomatic and it still gets to baby. Anybody else have experience with this, or advice for a terrified FTM?

call your doc, see if they can test you for it and if there’s any kind of treatment for baby in case you are positive.

There has been a listeria outbreak for some sort of lettuce every time I've been pregnant...I figured I'd feel sick if I actually got it.
