I'm an IP working with Surrogacy Colombia agency in Bogota, Colombia who arranged our surrogacy package (egg donor, surrogate, fertility clinic, lawyers, etc.) We have been working with this agency since early in 2023, as it is now 2024, we have been working with them for roughly a year. We did research before we chose them, and we've been to Colombia and met in person. Despite this, I am a wreck wondering why we haven't experienced a pregnancy yet. I feel like we may have squandered the down payment of $35k even though we have contact with the agencies reps and get updates. I have done 6 cycles of IVF and know the timing and feel like this is moving incredibly slow. Am I just being paranoid? Is anyone else out there experiencing this? Please help. . .
