14 dpo implantation?

I am not sure exactly when I ovulated but I had sex 14 days ago, only 1 time. My period is 2 days late and I started spotting today. I have taken a pregnancy test but it’s negative. I am 10 month post partum but I have had consistent cycles for about 6 months now. Could I still have implantation bleeding this late? Should I test again in another day or 2?

    If you don’t know when you ovulated then why are you saying you’re 14dpo? I suppose its possible you ovulated a few days after sex and you’re just implanting now. You’ll just have to wait a day or two to retest unless you get your period. No one will really be able to tell you what’s going on.
