2 months postpartum suddenly feeling dizzy here and there

I’ll get randomly dizzy, walking, at night lying in bed.. it’s been going on like 2 weeks now, not breastfeeding. Is this something I should be worried about? Tia

Check your blood pressure. There are inexpensive machines at Walgreens or Walmart if you need one.
