Lost my baby at 12 weeks

I don't know what happened we dbeen trying for awhile it finally happened missed my period for 2 months go to the doctors they say everything was fine than on the 9/30 i started spotting they say my levels were going down they tested me again n do an ultrasound and they said the she a sac but NO BABY 😞🥺🥺 broke my heart thinking I'm carrying a baby whole time nothing 💔😭🥺🙏🏾

I’m so very sorry for your loss. I also just found out about a missed miscarriage, one empty sac and one lost it’s heartbeat. It’s hard to adjust after thinking one thing and having everything change in an instant. I wish there was something to say that could help. Thinking of you .
