Abnormally shaped gestational sac? Anyone else?? 😰

I know the negatives about this, so please don’t worry me anymore with negativity. HOWEVER, I want real stories if anyone has ever had this before. We got our first ultra sound yesterday and they said I have an abnormally shaped gestational sac and there is basically “debris” in the yolk. Anyone experienced this and had a positive outcome? Or anyone going through the same thing now? I am terrified I’m going to miscarry again..

@ashleykad1281 thanks girl! I’ll post an update when I get my next ultrasound next week. Fingers crossed everything is ok and we make it through this trimester!!!
