*Questions, concerns or other? Anything else exciting to share? It still doesn't quite feel real to me - I'm hoping that maybe once we start sharing the news with friends and family that it'll start sinking in more.
How long were you active on TTGP and when (minimum of 3 months)? June 2019-December 2022
How far along are you? 23 weeks
Which birth month board/due date? 8/30, August BMB
Team Pink/Blue/Green? Blue 💙
How are you doing picking out a name? Feel free to share it. We’ve got his name picked out! He’s going to be Jamie Ryan💙
Questions, concerns or other? Anything else exciting to share? Pregnancy is going great! I’m feeling consistent movement from baby boy and cannot get enough of it. Every kick gives me so much joy and relieves a lot of my PGAL anxiety. Biggest hiccup in the pregnancy has been finding out last week that I have to get a new OB because my hospital is shutting down OB services (without any warning to anyone). I’m managing okay though. Baby and I are both healthy so that’s what I’m trying to focus on. Still lurking and rooting for all of you!
*How long were you active on TTGP and when (minimum of 3 months)? Oct 2022-April 2023 w/ a small break inbetween due to a loss
*How far along are you? 7w6d
*Which birth month board/due date? December
*Team Pink/Blue/Green? Finding out
*How are you doing picking out a name? Feel free to share it. I can't start thinking about names yet LOL
*Questions, concerns or other? Anything else exciting to share? Just anxious to get past my next PGAL milestones. Went in for an early ultrasound last week at 6w6d and saw the little squidge. Measuring perfectly and we saw the lil heartbeat. My next appointment is in a week at 8w6d so I'm getting anxious about that. The intake nurse for the OB practice didn't schedule me for another 1st tri ultrasound though because I got an early one with their early pregnancy/loss clinic. I'm definitely going to push for one though at my OB appointment. Just taking it one day at a time. The reassuring thing is that symptoms much stronger than last time. I know logically that strong symptoms don't mean a healthy pregnancy, but it helps the irrational PGAL brain.
PG #2: EDD 8/15/23 Miscarried 9w1d 1/11/23

*How long were you active on TTGP and when (minimum of 3 months)? Feb 2021-Jan 2023
*How far along are you? 21w today, which is just wild
*Which birth month board/due date? Sept 2023, Sept 13 but not beholden to that date at all

*How are you doing picking out a name? Feel free to share it. I have some ideas for a girl name, I guess it's time to start discussing with the husband and verify we still like our boy name from 2019.
*Questions, concerns or other? Anything else exciting to share? it's wild to think that technically i'll hit fetal viability this month. feeling a good bit of movement, MH can feel from the outside. our 3yo is so cute, talks to the baby, hugs and kisses my belly every day. i know it's going to rock her world, but she is also very excited. last weekend i did a send off with my best friend from college that involved a 3 hour drive each way, and stayed up until 2am both nights - ya girl was exhausted. i've got taylor swift/nashville this weekend, and a trip to pittsburgh next weekend. basically i'm in denial that i *might* need to start slowing down?!
*How long were you active on TTGP and when (minimum of 3 months)? Sept. 2021 - Oct. 2022
*How far along are you? 30w5d
*Which birth month board/due date? July 7, though he's very likely arriving sooner.
*Team Pink/Blue/Green? Blue!
*How are you doing picking out a name? Feel free to share it. Not great lol we're still having a hard time deciding. But it looks like Arlo and Asher are in the running.
*Questions, concerns or other? Anything else exciting to share? We had a 3D ultrasound last week which was the sweetest thing. We loved seeing his precious little face!! Looks like he's going to be his daddy's twin lol Other than that, just chugging along. Getting more and more uncomfortable. I decided I wanted to go for a VBAC which my doctor is on board for, however, he just informed me that our hospital has temporarily suspended VBAC's because they don't currently have a VBAC specialist there 24/7. So unless that get resolved before delivery, I'll have to have a c-section. But my doctor said let's plan as if I'm having a VBAC and have a c-section scheduled just in case. He's so supportive! I'll also officially be off work at 36 weeks and it can't come soon enough lol
@anniemarie887 umm you and your concerts, Adele AND T-Swift? I'm so jealous. As a fellow Virgo I happen to think any day that week is a great time to be born (9/11 baby here).
*How long were you active on TTGP and when (minimum of 3 months)? May 2018-Feb 2023, with some breaks
*How far along are you? 12+6 (!!!!)
*Which birth month board/due date? Nov23 / 11/11 EDD
*Team Pink/Blue/Green? Fake green. We found out last week, but we want to share the news with our Moms on Mother's Day before we tell everyone else. Thank god that's soon because it has slipped out a few times already by accident. I don't think anyone has noticed but it's bound to happen again. Anyone that neeeeds to know sooner can PM me, lol.
*How are you doing picking out a name? Feel free to share it. DH still thinks Egbert/Egbertha is hilarious so the Baby is just "Eggy" right now.
So as you can see, we still need to think about that some more.
*Questions, concerns or other? Anything else exciting to share? First tri has been.... dramatic. Between feeling pretty terrible and having two SCHs (my original one went away, then I got a bad cold and a cough that has lasted 4+ weeks, so I coughed a new one into existence and also sprained a rib?). The second one caused a big bleed too, so that was quite the scare. But baby continues to grow and we have one last bi-weekly US on the 15th before we're officially discharged from our RE. We've started telling people now because my belly popped this week so that is totally surreal and also a little weird? Not used to people openly talking about my fertility to my face instead of just whispers behind my back, ha. But in all seriousness, we're grateful to have gotten this far and really trying to enjoy the process. My therapist asked me "how much of your happiness do you sacrifice to fear?" and that really stuck with me. Doesn't "cure" my trauma, but it does help me shift my perspective.

*How are you doing picking out a name? Feel free to share it. Calvin Joshua
*Questions, concerns or other? Anything else exciting to share? Much to my surprise, little Cal Pal was overdue. I started prodromal labor on my due date (surprisingly exhausting
) and went into early labor the day before my induction: so even though I wasn't induced, my doctor used the same methods we'd planned on (foley bulb and low dose of pictocin) to move things along. Even with all that and position changes every half hour, I still was in labor for a total of 25 hours, including 2.5 hours of pushing. (The pushing stage weirdly didn't feel that long!) Calvin was born shortly after the sun peeked out from the clouds on Monday afternoon. My long-awaited VBAC, something I never thought I could do, went off without any complications for me or for him. I did have a sharp drop in blood pressure about an hour after delivery and my hemoglobin levels dropped just below acceptable levels, so my doctor ordered a CT scan because they thought I may have ruptured...but the scan came back completely normal. I was just exhausted and may have lost more blood during labor than they calculated.
Calvin is asleep in his forest-themed nursery now. He is so perfect and big sis loves him. DH and I were certain that we'd be done after two kids, and although it's kind of sad knowing that all these "firsts" will be my "last firsts," our family truly feels complete now. I'll probably be lurking around TB, but I doubt you'll see me actively participating again. Thank you to all for your support and community over these years.
@paytonpedro I sent you a PM!
