Went in for an 8 week confirmation of pregnancy appt yesterday. Found out I was actually only 6 weeks along! But there was a heartbeat - 116 bpm. It was one of the neatest things ever getting to hear it!

We also have to wait till 10.5 weeks. The waiting is soo hard but knowing what we should be able to see is really exciting!

How do you know it’s a boy so early?

@sagieann7 idk what that person journey was. But if you do IVF you can find out the gender of each embryo you create.

@sagieann7 I was wondering the same! I know there are those Sneak Peek kits that people can do, but I don't know how accurate they are.

Went to get an ultrasound and my ob told me baby was measuring 5wks but when I took a look closer at the ultrasound (once I got home) it said 6wks. Have any of you experienced this? Do they not count the first week? Lol

@contrerasandrea711 is 6w based on your LMP? If so it's probably pulling that from your chart. The problem with early US is that there is so much error is measuring because of how small things are. It could look like 5w but your next scan can be right on track. 🤷‍♀️

@contrerasandrea711 I had something similar happen because I ovulate late. When I went for my ultrasound today they originally had 8wk4days based on my last cycle start date, but I measured at 7wk2days which is what I had predicted based on my ovulation date.

Very excited today (and clearly so was my US tech)! Measured right at what I had predicted based on ovulation date and had a great heartbeat. I immediately started crying as soon as my husband looked at me and smiled.

I’m not going to lie. Pretty jealous of you all! I might stop at one of those gender reveal ultrasounds just to take a sneak peak. The only reason why I’m holding off is it could be too early to see anything without a vaginal ultrasound!

First ultra sound and just looks like a squished peanut with that they printed. But we have a healthy heartbeat and was measuring right on track.  Due date was only 1 day difference than my garmin and this app predicted

Had such a relieving ultrasound today. Little squidge is measuring exactly on time with my ovulation date, 6w6d. And we saw good strong cardiac activity. I can breathe easy for now. Now to make it pass the next few milestones.

Here’s my little gummy bear! Measuring 1 day bigger than my LMP. They said every thing looks perfect! Not a lot to see yet, but we got to hear the heartbeat! ❤️
