Freaking out

My husband got into a car accident today (he’s fine) but it sent me into a tailspin of crying and shorter breathing as I was freaking out and I’m really worried about what it did to the baby. I don’t have my first appointment until end of this month but I’m reading up and it’s scaring me. Anyone have experience with anything similar?
