Yolk Sac Measuring Large??

Has anyone had their yolk sac start measuring large at 6-7 weeks and gone on to have a healthy baby? We’ve seen a heartbeat and baby is growing but Dr suggesting this could be an indication or genetic abnormalities or increase our chance of MC. Any insight is very much appreciated.
