3rd / 4th FET - Tweaks to approach?

We received the news last week that our second Frozen Embryo Transfer was unsuccessful. We’ve attempted one natural cycle and one medicated cycle - both with “high quality” embryos - and are unsure “what’s next?” Our provider seems unsure as well and is suggesting an ERA biopsy to rule other options out, but also suggests just trying another medicated cycle.

From online research it seems like success after 3 or 4 tries is not uncommon - but also reading other posts - it sounds like normally providers typically tweak the approach between attempts.

I’m wondering from this group:

1) Have you had success after 2-3 attempts of the exact same strategy? (I.e. is should we be thinking this is just an odds game?)

2) Are there any other “tweaks” your provider mentioned for your 3rd / 4th attempt that we could talk to our provider about?

Thank you for any of your experiences you can share!

The only thing that changed between my cycles was that I did acupuncture targeted towards IVF success and added in a progesterone suppository after the transfer. But it did work.
