    Team blue/pink/green: finding out
Upcoming Appointments: NIPT and NT scan Thursday
How are you feeling?: meh! Recovering from Covid still, that was rough. Still weak and tired, but I’m a lot better than I was.
Rants/Raves: it’s almost 10am and I’m still in bed, dreading opening my work laptop and seeing all the emails from last week.
GTKY: What movie can you watch over and over and it never gets old? Hmmm tough one. I generally only watch movies and tv shows once. Same with books. There are too many out there to keep watching the same ones! That said, I have seen Paris, Texas a few times and it always holds up.

    Team blue/pink/green: finding out eventually
    Upcoming Appointments: Oct 6
How are you feeling?: still so tired all the time.
Rants/Raves: Nothing really either way right now.
GTKY: What movie can you watch over and over and it never gets old? I used to re-watch all of the Harry Potter movies each summer but haven’t done that for a while.
  • @kraane I totally support your annual rewatching of Harry Potter. I reread the books to my son last summer before his nap until the books started getting too heavy to hold one handed and we started listening to the audiobooks.

    EDD/Weeks+Days:  13+4

Baby is the size of: Lemon

Team blue/pink/green:  green!  We found out with the other 2, so this one we want to be (even more) surprised

Upcoming Appointments:  Oct 7 for NIPT and my first prenatal appointment lol, and also a separate appointment for surgery follow up the same day

How are you feeling?:  good, just sore from surgery, pretty darn sure I'm feeling baby move already, or it's all in my head

Rants/Raves:  we are waiting until after NIPT to tell anyone just to be sure

GTKY: What movie can you watch over and over and it never gets old?  Honestly, I get pretty bored.  My husband made me watch the 4-8 HP movies a million times.  I love HP but that made me really not want to watch them anymore for a LONG time.  I'm with @etnyah, there is so much out there, i would rather watch new stuff.

  • @scaredunprepared I also think I’ve felt movements already! It seems crazy early but those taps are so recognizable. I was not expecting that, it took me so long to feel anything last time.

  • @etnyah do you know if you gave anterior or posterior placenta this time vs last time? I have the anterior variety and was told it will take a LOOOOOONG time before I feel the baby.

@scaredunprepared welcome to our small Group!

  • @acleverusername yes! I had an anterior placenta last time and posterior this time, so I do think that has something to do with it, as well as knowing what to feel for now. My son was extremely active so once I started feeling his kicks they never stopped. I don’t remember when though, but closer to week 18-20 or so! This one’s still too tiny that I’m second guessing if I feel it or not, but some movements I’m 100% sure it’s baby.

  • @acleverusername I had anterior last time and I definitely didn't feel kicks til like week 20ish. Not sure what I have this time but dr said even if it's anterior again I'll likely feel kicks sooner just bc I'm not a FTM so I'll know what it feels like/what to expect
