Have you seen a GI doctor? Is he on medication? Is he on formula or breast milk? Which formula? If breast milk, have you tried changing your diet to remove possible triggers? Is he upright while eating? How long is he upright after eating? Does he sleep on an incline or flat?
Hi! Our little one has had reflux a while. Changing my diet to dairy free and starting Pepcid has been the only thing to help. It peaks between 4-6 months. If he’s taking formula. I would try nutramigen. It is more expensive but it should help with sensitivities.
My little one has Silent Reflux and even though he is on medication for it and I’ve done all the diet adjustments he still screams for hours on end, constantly clawing at his neck and chest until it bleeds if its not completely covered at all times.
All I can say is hang in there, your not alone, and if you can I find putting my little one in a baby backpack and taking him for walks helps. My paediatrician also told me that the sooner you can strengthen their core the fast the muscle that separates the esophagus from the stomach closes. And that should help stop the reflux. So lots of baby sit ups.

Hope this helps! And good luck!
