Naming our little girl Scarlette. How would you spell Lette/Lettie as a nickname?

That depends on how you want it pronounced, those two names I'd say differently - let-tee or let.

I agree with PP, but I know in other languages Lette may be pronounced more like "Lettie"

Lette would be "let" for me and Lettie would be "Lettie". I prefer Scarlett spelled without the E at the end.
