Pregnancy after stillbirth and preeclampsia

I'm almost 8 weeks pregnant now after having a stillbirth at 25 weeks one year ago in August. I have a daughter who is 5 now that was premature due to Preeclampsia. My progesterone was low so they gave me capsules once a day. That already makes me nervous but hopefully that means there is hope to making it through this pregnancy. We never got answers as to the reason we lost our daughter but trying to be cautious without driving ourselves crazy. I wish the best for all of us on here to keep healthy and have healthy happy babies.
