I am doing this on my own. Left ovary and fallopian tube removed due to cyst/necrosis just after birth. Right ovary and tube still purport to function.
Began TTC in Aug '18 @ age 35
5 or 6 (or 7?!) cycles using frozen donor sperm, ICI. All BFN
Mar-Jun '19 IUIs, all BFN
Began process of referral for RE in spring of '19, blood tests confirm low AMH (.54) but all else is good.
May '19 HSG shows open tube, but ultrasound suggests fibroids
MRI in June '19 confirms two large fibroids, one growing through wall of uterus
In June '19 I move from California to Oregon, disrupting my insurance, referrals, etc. 5 months spent piecing it all back together.
Nov. '19 attempted myomectomy (vaginal approach) failed. 2nd surgery using laparoscopic method in Jan '20 is successful.
April '20 --> June '20, natural IUIs, all BFN.
July? saline ultrasound and bubble test demonstrate open tube
July '20 clomid cycle cancelled for thin lining
Aug-Oct, 3 femara cycles, all BFN
RE referral. While waiting to set up an appointment Nov-Jan,I continue with natural cycles and ICI, using a known donor, BFN...
Jan '21 more bloodwork, AMH is worse (.30), FSH high albeit not catastrophic at 13.2. hysteroscopy all good. "looks cozy!" says the RE.
Feb '21, injectables (menopur, novarel), iui, BFN (doc said the frozen donor sperm sample had the "best numbers she'd ever seen!")
Mar '21, injectables, iui cancelled due to lack of follicles, converted to at home-insem. BFN
May '21, first IVF round cancelled due to cyst.
July '21 IVF: standard antagonist. 225menupur/225gonal-f/cetrotide/5000u trigger, AFC 7; 6 days of stims. 8 eggs retrieved, 7 mature, 5 fertilize, 4 made it to blast. 3 are 4AB, 1 is 4BB. PGT-A results all abnormal.
Oct '21 somewhat improved AMH (.51) and significantly improved FSH (8.9). Maybe it's all the pills I swallow.
Dec -21, standard antagonist. 225menupur/225gonal-f/cetrotide/5000u trigger, AFC 5; 11 days of stims. retrieval yields 5, 4M, 2 reach day-6 blast (4AB & 4BB). 1 low-level mosaic (chr. 3 deletion), 1 complex abnormal.
Feb '22 FET (low-level mosaic): CP.
May '22 egg retrieval, lupron flare protocol. HGH priming for 1 month before stims; md lupron 20/20u daily; menopur 225, follistim 225, 10k trigger after 8 days of stims; AFC 10; 13 retrieved; 10 mature; 8 fertilized. All frozen at 2PN for later thaw, grow, and biopsy.

From the 3 retrievals, 7 survived to day 5-6 blastocyst, from which I have 2 normal embryos!

    You guys i was digging through some convos in July from our forum over the weekend and it strikes me that we've had a number of important graduates lately, and also a couple of key people step back from our community (hopefully they're rejoin us but no pressure!). at present, i think there are like maybe 5 of us here, so... i am not quite sure how we might want to fix that except being nicer than usual to the peggies, but they never stick around anyway.

    @optimistgardener thanks for starting all of these. it is wild, this is absolutely the scarcest i've ever seen it here, i was here for a hot minute in 2019, and then came back feb 2021. i do think there is a varying degree of being nice to the peggies. the ones blatantly asking if they are ku or showing pee sticks i am not super inclined to cater to, but that's just me! 

    eta: i haven't always posted in all the places that apply to me, so i wonder if there is just more chatter across the way it'll help? vs some of the posts sitting empty?

    @anniemarie887 i dunno! i've noticed as well that we've had a few newbies who introduced but then never joined the board beyond that. i think that has always happened, but that dropoff is more apparent now. i'm not sure that our forcing ourselves to contribute in all the available forums will really help. honestly i'm not sure there's much we can do at all, apart from continuing to turn up where it makes sense for us to do so.

    I may end up being benched for the next two months, but i'll be trying to figure out the OPK tracking so I'm still around... I figure if I can get a handle on my body I can know that if/when I do visit my husband during his trip we might have a chance at being successful. If not, then we'll just have to 'practice' a lot. haha

    I’m also mostly in lurk mode as I’ve stepped back from active treatment to focus on my mental health. I’m still here but honestly it’s been a bit of a relief to take a break from everything related to TTGP.

    ugh, @kiki047 i'm sending so many hugs. i'm glad you got to spend so much quality time with your grandmother. i'm also glad that YH is on the mend after what sounds like a pretty nasty illness.
    @gingermama29 i'm so glad that it feels good to take a step away from all this crap. it's important to lift some of that weight off of you and remember how important the rest of life is, too.

    @kiki047 I’m so sorry about the loss of your grandmother. The New Yorker shared a beautiful quote on grief back in mid august. I hope YH is on the mend as well.

    @anniemarie887 that is a really beautiful quote, thank you <3 the sentence "It is always waiting to happen" particularly resonates. Grief is inevitable and I don't particularly like it but I'm trying to embrace it for what it is - love.

    Aug '18: PCOS dx

    Nov '18: MH SA - 19mil

    Dec '18-Mar '19: Letrozole + TI - all BFN

    Apr '19: Letrozole + TI, - BFN.  Repeat SA (27mil) & DNA fragmentation test (17%)

    Aug '19: Letrozole + HCG trigger + IUI + prog supp - BFN (MH: 16mil)

    Sep '19: 2nd IUI, same protocol - BFN (MH: 16mil) 

    Dec '19: IVF #1 w/ICSI, PGT. 5 retrieved, 4 fertilized, 3 blasts, 3 PGT-A normal.

    Mar '20: FET #1, perfect 5AA blast transferred. BFN.

    Sept '20: FET #2, 5BB tsf. 9/18/20 BFP!! EDD: 5/27/21. MMC 11w

Did you see that the newest Apple Watch Series 8 includes a temperature sensor to be able to do cycle tracking? It remains to be seen whether it actually works but I'm thrilled. My Series 1 just died on me last month so I've pre-ordered the Series 8 for my birthday.

    @kiki477 YES! omg your series 1 last this long? i had a series 1, then a 3 and now have a 6. mine always die around the 2 year mark. this current one is barely lasting a full 24 hours before needing a charge. i am debating it, i really like my ava bracelet but i know i could also sell it.

    @anniemarie887 Yeah, the battery on my Series 1 finally crapped out on me, literally, it swelled so much it popped the screen off. I did pay $100 to have it fixed but the damn thing won't pair with my phone so I'm pretty pissed about that. It was lasting about 18-20 hours before needing a charge so I haven't been wearing it at night. Now I'll need to wear this one overnight so will need to figure out a better system to charge it. Maybe I can leave a charger in my car and plug it in on my commute, it's about an hour each way.

    I recently switched from an older model Apple Watch to a fancy Garmin watch. It does the same GPS tracking for outdoor workouts, but the battery lasts 10 days!

    @kiki047 i've gotten in the habit of popping mine on the charger while i get ready in the morning. i do miss out on those steps, but then i'm usually good for the day and evening. and that's crazy it swelled like that! you should be able to get 36 hours out of it for a bit, they're always good when they're "fresh" lol
    @maggiemadeit that's part of why my husband switched, he's an avid mountain biker and he likes the tracking on garmin a lot better, too.

    @maggiemadeit i have a garmin vivoactive 4, and it's great for tracking runs and other stuff. i appreciate the long battery life as well, but man is it ugly. honestly though, i prefer the look of an old-fashioned watch any of the smart watches on the market.
    History
    I am doing this on my own. Left ovary and fallopian tube removed due to cyst/necrosis just after birth. Right ovary and tube still purport to function.
    Began TTC in Aug '18 @ age 35
    5 or 6 (or 7?!) cycles using frozen donor sperm, ICI. All BFN
    Mar-Jun '19 IUIs, all BFN
    Began process of referral for RE in spring of '19, blood tests confirm low AMH (.54) but all else is good.
    May '19 HSG shows open tube, but ultrasound suggests fibroids
    MRI in June '19 confirms two large fibroids, one growing through wall of uterus
    In June '19 I move from California to Oregon, disrupting my insurance, referrals, etc. 5 months spent piecing it all back together.
    Nov. '19 attempted myomectomy (vaginal approach) failed. 2nd surgery using laparoscopic method in Jan '20 is successful.
    April '20 --> June '20, natural IUIs, all BFN.
    July? saline ultrasound and bubble test demonstrate open tube
    July '20 clomid cycle cancelled for thin lining
    Aug-Oct, 3 femara cycles, all BFN
    RE referral. While waiting to set up an appointment Nov-Jan,I continue with natural cycles and ICI, using a known donor, BFN...
    Jan '21 more bloodwork, AMH is worse (.30), FSH high albeit not catastrophic at 13.2. hysteroscopy all good. "looks cozy!" says the RE.
    Feb '21, injectables (menopur, novarel), iui, BFN (doc said the frozen donor sperm sample had the "best numbers she'd ever seen!")
    Mar '21, injectables, iui cancelled due to lack of follicles, converted to at home-insem. BFN
    May '21, first IVF round cancelled due to cyst.
    July '21 IVF: standard antagonist. 225menupur/225gonal-f/cetrotide/5000u trigger, AFC 7; 6 days of stims. 8 eggs retrieved, 7 mature, 5 fertilize, 4 made it to blast. 3 are 4AB, 1 is 4BB. PGT-A results all abnormal.
    Oct '21 somewhat improved AMH (.51) and significantly improved FSH (8.9). Maybe it's all the pills I swallow.
    Dec -21, standard antagonist. 225menupur/225gonal-f/cetrotide/5000u trigger, AFC 5; 11 days of stims. retrieval yields 5, 4M, 2 reach day-6 blast (4AB & 4BB). 1 low-level mosaic (chr. 3 deletion), 1 complex abnormal.
    Feb '22 FET (low-level mosaic): CP.
    May '22 egg retrieval, lupron flare protocol. HGH priming for 1 month before stims; md lupron 20/20u daily; menopur 225, follistim 225, 10k trigger after 8 days of stims; AFC 10; 13 retrieved; 10 mature; 8 fertilized. All frozen at 2PN for later thaw, grow, and biopsy.
    July '22 egg retrieval same protocol: 9 days of stims; AFC 8; 10 retrieved, 8 mature, 4 fertilized and frozen.
    Sept '22 ER same protocol: AFC 10; 12 retrieved, 11 mature, 11 fertilized.
    From the 3 retrievals, 7 survived to day 5-6 blastocyst, from which I have 2 normal embryos!
    Jan 20, Fully medicated FET, baby aspirin, dexamethasone, acupuncture, and as much woo as I can stand (which isn't very much). BFN.
    July 23, Natural FET + baby aspirin. BFN.

    @maggiemadeit omg 10 days! DH's 5 year old fitbit lasts about 5-6 days and I find that amazing. But it's not really a smartwatch, it's just a glorified pedometer.
