Hello! Well, not the result we were hoping for. My husband (M42) and I (F41) had 6 embryos biopsied. Out of the 6, 5 came back abnormal and one was Mosaic. We will be talking with a genetic counselor on Monday or Tuesday. We plan on moving forward with a transfer. We would love some success stores of couples 40+ or however old, with Mosaic embryos! Thank you!!
I'm over 40 and we didn't test our embryos. Our clinic would've discarded any abnormal ones, and I've known women who have had healthy babies from abnormal or mosaic embryos, so I wasn't going to risk throwing any away. So I can't say we had success with a mosaic embryo, but we did have success with an untested embryo and I'm 41 (husband is 45), now 24 weeks pregnant.
