Re: TTCAL w/o 9/5
Introduce yourself and anything you think is important: Spontaneous loss at 6 weeks in Aug 21, MMC at 12 weeks in Feb 22 (D&C, retained tissue, etc).
Status: O time, but not TTC again just yet.
How are things going? What is something that you are struggling with and/or what is going well? Y'all, my husband wants to try again! I am doing the happy dance, and also panicking. I'm almost 40 with 2 losses in the last year, and I'm afraid to get my hopes too high knowing the statistics are not on our side. I can't help but feel excited. Time to break out those old egg quality supplements!
Any testing coming up/any recent results: My previous RPL testing didn't turn up anything, except some slightly elevated APS antibody I was told was not a concern. I'm making an appointment with my OBGYN to talk about a plan for if I do manage to get pregnant again. It seems like baby aspirin and luteal phase progesterone supplement is a common approach in the case of RPL of unknown cause, but from the literature it's hard to say that this is evidence-based.
Questions? Not today.
GTKY: What is your favorite Halloween/fall movie to watch? Not sure I've ever seen a Halloween movie except Charlie Brown Pumpkin as a kid, but a friend and I are reading Practical Magic for a book club this fall. It's pretty witchy.
Oct '21 somewhat improved AMH (.51) and significantly improved FSH (8.9). Maybe it's all the pills I swallow.
Dec -21, standard antagonist. 225menupur/225gonal-f/cetrotide/5000u trigger, AFC 5; 11 days of stims. retrieval yields 5, 4M, 2 reach day-6 blast (4AB & 4BB). 1 low-level mosaic (chr. 3 deletion), 1 complex abnormal.
Feb '22 FET (low-level mosaic): CP.
May '22 egg retrieval, lupron flare protocol. HGH priming for 1 month before stims; md lupron 20/20u daily; menopur 225, follistim 225, 10k trigger after 8 days of stims; AFC 10; 13 retrieved; 10 mature; 8 fertilized. All frozen at 2PN for later thaw, grow, and biopsy.
July '22 egg retrieval same protocol: 9 days of stims; AFC 8; 10 retrieved, 8 mature, 4 fertilized and frozen.
Sept '22 ER same protocol: AFC 10; 12 retrieved, 11 mature, 11 fertilized.
From the 3 retrievals, 7 survived to day 5-6 blastocyst, from which I have 2 normal embryos!
Jan 20, Fully medicated FET, baby aspirin, dexamethasone, acupuncture, and as much woo as I can stand (which isn't very much). BFN.
July 23, Natural FET + baby aspirin. BFN.

AMH test came back at .081. Was going to move on to IVF with DE, but have decided not to. Will be leaving it up to the universe now.
Introduce yourself and anything you think is important: number of loss(es), when you had the loss(es), diagnosis/conditions surrounding loss, etc. TTC for almost 5 years, been doing IVF for ~3.5 of those years (PCOS, MFI). No spontaneous pregnancies, FET #2 MMC @ 11w (SCH), FET #3 MC @ 5w2d (unknown cause).
Status: Taking a forced break between cycles due to scheduling conflicts, letting my body rest after 3 years of back to back to back cycles
How are things going? What is something that you are struggling with and/or what is going well? I've had a lot going on lately, but specifically fertility-related, I guess a small win is that I had a perfectly normal, predictable 29 day cycle which is basically a miracle since IVF meds usually cause my hormones to go all haywire and my cycles are irregular to begin with. That said, I'm struggling with the idea that we're essentially benched since we can't conceive naturally and at this rate it's looking like we might not be able to try again until November, which feels like an eternity.
Any testing coming up/any recent results? No, we're basically benched but I do want to pressure my REI for a hysteroscopy because I refuse to believe that we can't find some more answers before we move to surrogacy.
Questions? Is it conceivable that I might have scar tissue/retained POC without having had a D&C for my other losses? I did several rounds of misoprostol but we believed we got everything. I've done two SHGs since then and they were supposedly clear but that's the extent of my inter-uterine examinations.
GTKY: What is your favorite Halloween/fall movie to watch? Is it an UO that I don't really like Hocus Pocus? I dunno, I'm not really a scary movie kinda gal so I can't think of a favourite.

I am currently trying to decide if it makes more sense to just jump in once we have a plan with my OBGYN, or if I should wait to get 3 months of egg quality supplements on board and get my shit together with eating and drinking for our best chances of catching a healthy egg. Either way, I am feeling just extremely grateful to have another chance.
@kiki047 i don't know if there is a difference in accuracy between HSG and SHG... but my HSG was VERY evident something was wrong. not sure if you saw when i had posted about it... it wound up being retained tissue in an old implantation site. but, on a positive note - yay for your body cooperating!
Status: benched on doxy, and waiting for f/u biopsy to make sure endometritis is gone
How are things going? What is something that you are struggling with and/or what is going well? kind of all over the place - glad i am prioritizing myself and working out but also i think that's my control freak coming out in a weird coping way - ya know, control the controllable. today is my last day on doxy and i am so ready for this like crying level in pain heartburn to go away. in the land of TTC i just really want to be able to TRY again. *TW pg announcement* had a friend who knows everything from the last year send a group text update that she is 13 weeks which was just a brutal thing to wake up to this morning *end TW*
Any testing coming up/any recent results? 2nd biopsy on 9/26
Questions? natm
GTKY: What is your favorite Halloween/fall movie to watch? oh boy, um, i don't like scary movies. we'll go with Nightmare Before Christmas.
