Late period or early miscarriage?

I’m 6 day late of my period, spotting for 2 days but this morning starting to bleed bright red Color, no cramps. My normal period length is a week. I’m late because of stress or I’m having a early miscarriage?

There’s no way to tell if it’s a miscarriage unless you had/have a positive pregnancy test or betas. So don’t assume it’s a miscarriage unless you knew you were pregnant. Don’t borrow trouble plus it’s insulting to those who have had losses. You can have random changes in your cycle without being pregnant. I would just take a test or assume it’s your period and move on 🤷🏻‍♀️
