Spotting after starting progesterone supplements

Hi All! 5w2d LMP and my doctor had me start progesterone supplements yesterday due to slightly low progesterone. (HCG nearly tripled on last blood check). After two suppositories I noticed some light pink spotting this morning and am noticing cramping on the side where it was placed. Curious if anyone else is on progesterone and is experiencing the same?

It’s common. I am taking them too and I noticed spotting but it went away and I didn’t happen again. Also watch your nails when inserting them.
