Hi! I have been cramping this entire pregnancy and today I started having light spotting. I have cramps and I have been nauseous often, especially today very bad to the point of not being able to eat much. Spotting stopped but scared me. Also had sex recently which I heard can cause spotting. Is this normal or should I be concerned?
