Dry scalp/dandruff

Anyone else having issues with dry scalp/dandruff? My OB said no to anti-fungal shampoos… my entire body is so dry, my eczema is flaring up and my scalp gets itchy. Thanks for the help!

    My eczema is so bad! Currently 15w and my scalp (and everywhere else but my scalp is the worst) has never been so itchy. The only thing that kind of helps is to put a very small amount of coconut oil on it to soothe some of the dryness. I have extremely short hair (basically a buzzcut) so it's much easier to access my scalp instead of just making my hair greasy with the oil. 

    I've also noticed that having really short hair makes it a lot easier to stay cool and hot flashes always make me itchy from head to toe so that's another bonus
