Embryo with heart beat but no yolk sac seen

I had my first transvaginal US yesterday at 6 weeks 0 days. The NP was able to see the embryo with a heartrate of 102, but couldn't identify the yolk sac. Has this happened to anyone else? Any feedback? Should I be concerned? Trying not to stress but it's hard not to.
