Lupus, pregnant with 2nd... NERVOUS!!!

Hello!
So long story short I have lupus and I have been living with it since I was 15 ( I am 32). I had my first child last year, I was 28 wks when I had to do an emergency C-section. The reason being is because I had preeclampsia and my Lupus flared up. My lupus is mainly in my kidneys. Now I am pregnant with my second child! My husband and I did not plan this at all, we both wanted my body to heal first before we try for another one. Now I am SUPER nervous about this pregnancy!!
Has anyone been in a similar situation. How did your 2nd pregnancy? As of now I am 10 wks and so far everything looks good... I am just nervous about what will happen down the line.
