I scheduled an appointment at a pregnancy boutique where you can get an ultrasound and now have four different snapshots of my session! Baby was moving and grooving during my appointment! It was really cool to see! I got to hear the heartbeat too. Heart rate is 163 bpm! 10w 2d. So happy I decided to do that! Here’s the little cutie 💕
Had the NT scan this morning. Baby was sleeping at first and was NOT happy to be woken up lol, but everything looked good and got to see him/her moving around. They didn't make it easy on the ultrasound techs though, wanted to stay curled right up when they needed baby to stretch out. Any guesses on gender? Got a decent potty shot. I know, hard to tell this early yet lol

Our little one at 12 + 1 earlier this week. It was moving all over the place so we only got 2 half decent pictures this time. So good to see baby tho. 4 weeks in between these last 2 appointments seemed to take FOREVER!
This U/S was at 11W 4D (my 🌈). He/She was flipping and flopping around the whole ultrasound. Heart rate was 174 .. congrats to everyone. Sending love ❤️
Our first ultrasound at 12 weeks + 6 days, baby was measuring 13 weeks + 2 days. The baby was wiggling all over the place but wouldn't turn for the tech to get all the images despite her best efforts. We have a follow up US to get the rest of the images.
Had the anatomy scan yesterday. 18w 6 days. They said everything looks good but she was in a bad position and just wouldn’t move so they couldn’t get all the images of her heart. They got most of it and everything seems fine, but I still need to go back in 2 weeks for them to try again. I’m fine with that. I like getting to see the little baby 🥰
My favorite photo from our ultrasound at 16w4d. Little boy is due to make his entrance around Nov 13th and so far everything is measuring right on schedule. 🥰
This is my first at age 36 and found out a couple weeks ago that I was having twins!! Got blood work done to make sure everything was good with me..found out I'm having 2 girls. I swear it's one shock after another. I've had a very very easy pregnancy. No vomiting or nausea..not even mood swings. But yes, my pregnancy was so easy from the beginning, it didn't seem real for me either til my first ultrasound. What do you want? A boy or a girl?
@motherofahobbit My first try was inconclusive. I think my daughter accidentally dumped out some of the anti clotting liquid so it likely clotted. They sent me a new one and I just did it on Sunday and dropped it off on Monday!

Did it feel more "real" once you saw your first ultrasound? I can't wait to see mine next week at almost 10 weeks. I am not doubting medical science at all, but because I feel very similar to before (minus hunger and fatigue), sometimes I don't feel that it's real. It's my first at 38.
Hi baby (just one), heart rate 178, everything looks right on track, measuring 2 days big (11.14), but not enough to adjust my EDD (11.16). Planning rcs for 11.11.
Here’s my little IVF miracle last week at 9w2d! HR was 165. He/she wouldn’t move at all so I’m hoping it will be awake at next week’s ultrasound 🙂 Next week is my last appointment at the fertility clinic and I’m really going to miss the reassurance of such frequent ultrasounds!
Here's my little one measuring 9w1d today (due date November 15th) and heartbeat was 174bpm they even did a little wiggle for me. Definitely feeling reassured and hopefully that'll keep me calm until I can hear their little heartbeat on a doppler
I was so relieved to see little one’s heartbeat at my u/s yesterday! After 10 years of infertility and only 1 healthy earth-side babe, I couldn’t help but cry before, during, and after this appointment.
First baby! Ultrasound here from 7w1d. Next ultrasound is next week. Due 11/14 and heart rate was 155. Morning sickness is killing me and I’ve never been hairier, but I’m so grateful to be pregnant that none of it matters. Hope everyone is having a happy and healthy pregnancy!!
20-week anatomy scan was yesterday (I'm 19 + 3 weeks). Everything is developing as normal! You can see a femur (thighbone) and spine - which fascinates me. We looked away from the screen when she got near the genitals. Keeping that a surprise for our first and likely only child.
Took a lot of work to get a picture of his profile. He hid his face most of the appt. But we got a great one of him doing a vulcan salute, something I cannot do. DH is a huge Star Trek fan, so it was super cute.
Had my 20 week scan last week and learned that baby girl has a two vessel umbilical cord (one vein, one artery) and opposed the usual 3 vessel cord (one vein, two arteries). Doc was super reassuring that it’s not uncommon and everything else looks great. But of course I’m worried. We have a follow up scan with a perinatal cardiologist just to be sure everything is developing as it should. Anyone ever experience this? I’d never heard of it.
had to had our anatomy scan today. It’s so amazing that there is a little person growing in there. She is on track for her due date. Sucked on her fingers most of the time. But once they tried to get pictures of the spine she shutdown and refused to move. So we will repeat the anatomy scan next month.
Anatomy scan today. Our tech was a grump and then baby wouldn’t turn so we didn’t get any profile views. Also couldn’t get all the shots of the heart so we may have to go back. But here’s a little peek a boo, nose and mouth between her arms.
@knottie4ff8f9b033f3cfe2 it's nearly impossible to tell at this stage without a potty shot. There is skull theory but I believe that works best earlier in the pregnancy.

I'm in love 😍 Has anyone's doc booked them for a 28-30 week scan? My midwife insists everything's alright but I'm nervous to be having an extra one. Ftm!
@allie1365 I have a high BMI and will be 35 when I give birth, so my OB has me coming in for growth scans starting at around 28 weeks (partly for risk factors and partly because of my weight, they can't measure growth by fundal height). Growth scans aren't uncommon so if your midwife isn't worried, it's probably just routine for them!
