@motherofahobbit My first try was inconclusive. I think my daughter accidentally dumped out some of the anti clotting liquid so it likely clotted. They sent me a new one and I just did it on Sunday and dropped it off on Monday!

Did it feel more "real" once you saw your first ultrasound? I can't wait to see mine next week at almost 10 weeks. I am not doubting medical science at all, but because I feel very similar to before (minus hunger and fatigue), sometimes I don't feel that it's real. It's my first at 38.
Hi baby (just one), heart rate 178, everything looks right on track, measuring 2 days big (11.14), but not enough to adjust my EDD (11.16). Planning rcs for 11.11.
Here’s my little IVF miracle last week at 9w2d! HR was 165. He/she wouldn’t move at all so I’m hoping it will be awake at next week’s ultrasound 🙂 Next week is my last appointment at the fertility clinic and I’m really going to miss the reassurance of such frequent ultrasounds!
Here's my little one measuring 9w1d today (due date November 15th) and heartbeat was 174bpm they even did a little wiggle for me. Definitely feeling reassured and hopefully that'll keep me calm until I can hear their little heartbeat on a doppler
I was so relieved to see little one’s heartbeat at my u/s yesterday! After 10 years of infertility and only 1 healthy earth-side babe, I couldn’t help but cry before, during, and after this appointment.
First baby! Ultrasound here from 7w1d. Next ultrasound is next week. Due 11/14 and heart rate was 155. Morning sickness is killing me and I’ve never been hairier, but I’m so grateful to be pregnant that none of it matters. Hope everyone is having a happy and healthy pregnancy!!
My rainbow baby at 7 weeks 3 days, tomorrow I will be 8 weeks. We lost our first pregnancy in December at 7 1/2 weeks so I was relieved to see our baby growing healthy so far 🤍
I know like so many of us I’ve been so nervous that my little one is okay. Welp. We have TWO healthy babies! 😁 Due date is still 11/26 but my doctor feels we will be closer to the end of October.
Here’s my little beeb (and my sister in law’s helpful finger) at 8 weeks 1 day. We could see the heart beating but they haven’t measured it yet. Measuring a few day behind, but nothing to worry about or change my dates about. Going back at 10 weeks 🎉
Got a 2nd ultrasound today. Baby is looking much more like a baby than it did at 10 weeks. I had genetic Counseling, NT ultrasound and got NIPT test (I don’t think they did this ultrasound for my last pregnancy. It was Covid weird so I think they just avoided having me come in and just did the NIPT 🤷♀️
Had mine last week. Measuring on the date. 10 weeks tomorrow. I did the sneak peek test and it said boy. We’re doing to genetic test at the doctors office at 12 week appointment
Had my first ultrasound today at 8 weeks. Heart rate 171, so that's great. However, they found a 1 inch dermoid cyst on my right ovary. Anyone here have any experience with dermoid cysts while pregnant? Or in general? I need to go back in a few weeks so they can measure it again. If it's bigger, I will need surgery to have removed...while pregnant. I'm definitely nervous and just feeling let down about my day
@gottgravel I’ve had cysts on my ovaries with all my pregnancies, and they said the same thing that they would have to do surgery if they didn’t go down. Luckily with all of them so far, the cysts went down on their own by the following appointment. Are you having any identifiable pain or complications with it? Do you know how big they said it was? Everything crossed for you that it goes down on its own!
@gottgravel I had a couple on an ovary with one of my losses. They watched it carefully and, yup, said "if it doesn't go away you might need surgery". By the time I got my follow up it was gone.

It's a dermoid cyst so my understanding is that it will not go away on its own. It's 1 inch, which seems large to me - even though they said small. I've searched some old forums and I'm only seeing people who had them about 3 cm and they had to remove their ovary entirely. Thank you for the well wishes 🥰
My 10 week nugget due on 11/14 I can't wait to meet my sweet nugget I'm so in love already. 10w2d I was so scared something was wrong due to no or very little symptoms but heartbeat at 174 and normal. My sweet nugget is healthy and beautiful.
@gottgravel They found 2 cysts during my first ultrasound that they'll be checking later on for potential surgical removal. One was about 1 inch, the other about .75 inches. They didn't mention what kind they were though.
Had my first appointment with my actual OB today! Everything looks great, she did update my due date by one day to 11/18 which makes sense because that's how the baby measured at each ultrasound. I'm so excited that they look baby-shaped now!
Here's our little peanut yesterday. We thought we were 11w but are measuring at 11w4d with a heart rate of 168. Feeling over the moon at the moment and just so thankful everything seems to be progressing well.
This was on 4/5 at 8 weeks (due date is Nov. 15th). This is my first! My next ultrasound is at 12 weeks. I’m nervous to share my pregnancy until I’m sure it’s safe and secure (I’m sure I’m not alone in this paranoia). This just took so long to get here!
After 9w6d finally went to our first appointment today and got an ultrasound. It was the longest wait ever! Baby’s growth is consistent with my originally estimated due date so no changes there. I wish I could provide a pic, but around my area they do an ultrasound on a smaller handheld device and don’t actually measure heart rate or anything yet. They just generally look for cardiovascular activity which I’m thankful our little peanut has! I guess at my doctors you get the ultrasound to actually have at 20w so another long wait ahead it seems like. Thankful baby is growing and everything is looking great! My next appointment is in a little less than a month. Until then, time to get all my tests/screenings done.
@sburgh23 same here! My doctor told me my first ultrasound will be at 20 weeks. I still haven't had dopler yet either so the anticipation is killing me! I'm 9 weeks 4 days today and get to hear the heart beat in about a week and a half.
So this was my big surprise!!! Does that look like TWO whole people growing in my uterus, why yes it sure is! Found out we were having twins and that I’m actually 11 weeks instead of 13 like I thought.
My SO and I have no history of twins in either family so we didn’t even think this would happen. It’s about to get a wild
my little sweetie at 8 weeks. I will be 10 weeks on Tuesday and have a 10 week ultrasound on Wednesday. Took us 5 years to concieve. Im due November 29th and I'm 37 y.o 🥰

Here is my little peanut. First baby, I'll be 39 when they are born. 10 weeks, 177 BPM.
@amandarbloom Twins! I think this group is up to 3 sets of twins now! So exciting!
