R/R: Sorry I've been MIA this week! Been using the lighter workload to try to take a much needed mental break from everything. I've been lurking and trying to keep up with your updates though. The Peggys have been...fun. I'll jump back into the larger threads next week, but wanted to pop in here and say "hi" before the weekend!
CS/Q: My OPK this morning was so low the app wouldn't even register it. Usually I would have a peak on CD 13. Could the letrozole be pushing back O?
GTKY: What was your most memorable vacation (good or bad)? When I was a kid, we took a multi-week trip driving out west and visiting national parks. We would just drive each night until Mom/Dad got tired and then find a hotel for the night. One night, we could not find a hotel with an opening (something was going on in the nearby city). We ended up at the sketchiest motel called Rainbow Motel that was gross and definitely had a murder vibe. To this day, "Rainbow Motel" is used in our family to describe unacceptable sleeping accommodations.Month/Cycle: 3/3

GTKY: What was your most memorable vacation (good or bad)? I keep thinking about the time my dad took me to Hawaii when I was like 13. I was in the prime of tweenager and was mostly annoyed and embarrassed by him at the time. I wish I could go on that trip again.TTC: Sept 2016-Oct 2017

R/R: Finally Friday. This has felt like a long week mentally. I'm feeling checked out already haha. DH and I actually made it out to lunch yesterday and I cannot believe it. First time since this pandemic started that we've been out to eat *alone* together or at all.
CS/Q: Nope.GTKY: What was your most memorable vacation (good or bad)? 6 years ago, a trip to Vegas. I had an idea for DH's birthday, a very loose idea, that the two of us could go to Vegas because he had the whole week off from work. I made the mistake of bringing this up in front of his family, and my MIL took to mean, WE SHOULD ALL GO, and immediately started planning this trip without consulting either one of us. *TW* mention of pregnancy
The ENTIRE trip my MIL and FIL complained about absolutely everything. My DH and I were graciously offered a room upgrade (and it was sick too - I mean like a double door entrance room, which I had never stayed in before in my life) and my MIL expressed to me that she felt like they should've gotten our room upgrade instead. I should mention they also got their room upgraded, and while staying at the hotel, decided it was a good idea to write a bad review online about how uncomfortable the furniture was. On the day of DH's birthday I had made a request to be in charge of the planning for the day and had made reservations for all of us to go out to eat after his birthday surprise, driving in a lambo. My FIL nixed this idea while we were on our way back to the hotel, claiming he wasn't hungry, and proceeded to convince everyone else that it was a bad idea. Meanwhile the angry hungry pregnant woman was in the back seat, flabbergasted at the audacity, and we ordered room service instead.
The cherry on top - my MIL made comments about my pregnant body, saying things like "Oh, is your jacket going to zip up over that belly??" The whole trip was like this. I will never, ever, ever go on a vacation with them again.
Edits for grammar, my brain cannot function today. "Come on brain, think of things, come on brain, be so smart"

@mrsmtothek Wow. That whole experience with your in-laws sounds awful. I hope you enjoyed your date lunch though!
