Pregnant right after IUD removal

Hello ladies! I removed my IUD (Kyleena) on January 13th. I did not bleed while I had it in. I had it for 3 years. I was getting really frustrated because I wasn’t getting any signs or symptoms that my period was coming. Fast forward to March 1, I got a positive! Not just one I got 6 because I had to make sure lol. Anyone else get pregnant right after IUD removal?

I did! I got my IUD (Mirena) out of December 15th and got my positive on February 28th! We were so excited but surprised it happened so quickly.

Same here. Got my IUD removed Jan 13th and had a positive preg test on Feb 14. Now due Oct 20. Didnt think it would happen this fast.

Congrats to you both! I go in for my first appointment and ultrasound on April 6. I’m feeling so anxious. Not really sure how far a long I am.

Got my IUD out February 7th and positive test March 2nd. I was in disbelief it happened so fast!

I did! Had IUD removed February 3rd and a positive test March 12th. I go in for my first appointment and I’m excited to see baby snd know things are going smoothly. We were definitely shocked (but happy as we were trying) it happened so quickly.

I had my Kyleena in for 3months and it wasn’t working out for me. I was switching onto a birth control pill. I had it out 5/26, had what I thought was a withdrawal bleed on 5/28 which lasted a few days. I started taking my pill after the bleeding stopped because I wanted to give my body some time off of the synthetic hormones.
Positive pregnancy test on 6/18…

A few years ago I had Mirena and had it out when it was expiring. My husband and I actively tried to conceive for 6 months with no luck. I never, ever thought I’d get pregnant so shortly after getting the Kyleena out!

This pregnancy is definitely a surprise but an absolute blessing!
