Congestion while 20 wks pregnant

Been having allot of congestion while pregnant any advice on mamas who are pregnant..

It’s literally SO annoying. Have had this on and off all pregnancy, often with bloody nose when I blow in the morning. I find regular saline spray, flonase or similar, non-drowsy, non-decongestant allergy meds (like Claritin but not Claritin-D), and topical Vicks rub provide some relief. Also can try essential oils as a shower steamer. My doc said these are fine for me but ask first obviously! And don’t forget tonssss of water!

Netti pot works wonders for me! I think saline spray is also okay but check with your doctor.
