Morning all... for any menstrual cup users (I don't actually know if we have any left; I know there were a bunch of us here at one point)... how often do you renew your cup, if ever? I've been using mine for about 1.5 years now, and it's looking pretty gross. But the thought of trying to find a new cup that fits me isn't enticing. I've got a Tampax one because I got it on clearance at Rite Aid and I like it fine, but I don't _love_ it. Anyways, Happy Monday!

@acleverusername I’m a cup user and have been for 3 years now. I only replaced mine bc *TMI* it fell in the toilet and no amount of boiling was going to convince me it was clean. Everything I’ve read says that even if they look gross and stained as long as you practice proper hygiene by boiling between cycles they can last several years. If you love your cup and it’s not showing and signs of break down I would keep on keeping on. FWIW I have a diva cup snd love it. Would buying the same brand/model cup work for you if you choose to replace?
@deafgirl that is annoying. i always try to remind myself i'm dealing with an algorithm not a god who sees into my uterus. OPKs are super helpful, and i've come to rely on them more than i do my temps, until you start using them, can you identify an outlying morning temp that is messing up FF's lil brain? if you put a couple of placeholder temps in further out, does that get you back your crosshairs? if you feel like all other evidence points to your having ovulated, i'd trust that gut feeling.

@acleverusername maybe this is a FFFC but I haven't replaced my cup in probably 7 or 8 years. It wasn't for lack of trying, I've bought several that are similar shapes/styles, plus one that was a completely different style and nothing fits right. I also thought that I needed to go up a size because I'm now 35 and I figured my cervix must be changing but still can't get anything that fits as reliably and comfortably as my current one so I just clean it really well and hope for the best lol.

I skipped out on plans today to make sure I was home for the delivery and just got a notification that they attempted a delivery at 1:51. I was legit listening for them all effing day and they never even knocked! I called FedEx and b*tched about it and they are hopefully going to attempt again today. I don’t have the ability to just sit around my house waiting again tomorrow. 🤬🤬🤬

@gingermama29 I'm sorry girl; that really sucks. I remember a friend of mine did a similar test for Amazon deliveries when she lived in France. She lived on the 4th level of a walk up, and so one day when she was off, she sat on her porch and waited to see if the Amazon deliverer would walk up to her apartment. Nope! Didn't even bother and she caught him red-handed!

Update: medicine delivered! The guy went to my back door which is almost impossible to hear for a knock because it’s attached to my mud room. But luckily I heard his door slam and saw him walk up. I totally waited to hear if he’d knock before I answered the door though.

May '22 egg retrieval, lupron flare protocol. HGH priming for 1 month before stims; md lupron 20/20u daily; menopur 225, follistim 225, 10k trigger after 8 days of stims; AFC 10; 13 retrieved; 10 mature; 8 fertilized. All frozen at 2PN for later thaw, grow, and biopsy.
July '22 egg retrieval same protocol: 9 days of stims; AFC 8; 10 retrieved, 8 mature, 4 fertilized and frozen.
Sept '22 ER same protocol: AFC 10; 12 retrieved, 11 mature, 11 fertilized.
From the 3 retrievals, 7 survived to day 5-6 blastocyst, from which I have 2 normal embryos!
