Slow and irregular heartbeat 7 weeks 4 days

Hello everyone,

This is my first time posting and i hope I'm in the right discussion group...

I need some positive outcome stories as I'm too concerned...

I'm currently 7 weeks 6 days.

I went for an u/s at 6 weeks 4 days and there was no hearbeat yet, but the measurements were good. Dr said that it might still be early and to check again in a week.

Went again on Wednesday 7 weeks 4 days and he said that there's a heart beat but it's slow and irregular (around 90 bmp). He also said that it grew 6 days, but to expect a possible miscarriage. He gave me baby asprine to take daily and to check again in a week.

I'm also having light cramps all day long on and off, it's been a few days, but no spotting or bleeding...

Did anyone went through a similar situation and the pregnancy went well? Or should i lower my hopes and pray for the best?

I haven’t had this experience but typically a heart rate below 100 is not compatible with a viable pregnancy. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/8029394/
