Am I crazy

. I Have 4 kids you would think I know the answer. My last period was around 12/15/2021. Not ttc. Tubal ligation. Now here's the delimia. Jan 10,11,12 I had what I am pretty sure was implantation bleeding. I am normally a 4 day 30 day cycle. It was dark brown stringy only enough to mess up to not pad when I wipe. Since then nothing. About a week ago I noticed having to urinate more, sore boobs, vivid dreams about pregnancy, not wanting to eat, and full belly feeling. Last night syrup made me sick and the smell of bath water. Today the smell of my husband. 6 neg test over the last week. I also "know ,feel" I am pregnant. I just need to know I am not crazy!
