STD at 36 week labs

I didn’t know my son’s father was being Unloyal to me until I just got my 36 week lab results back and tested positive for chlamydia. My doctor sent over medication to the pharmacy ASAP but I don’t go in for an appointment to talk about what this means until Thursday. Has anyone ever experienced this? I’m worried they will try to force me into a c section. I’ve been told it only take 7 days for the medication to work but the test of cure is usually done a month after treatment. If I go into labor before they test for treatment are they gunna want a c section? I’m so nervous, I don’t want a c section.
