I had really resigned myself to not having any kind of shower because of COVID and how my family lives so far away (they're in FL, I'm in Seattle). but my best friend back home ended up offering to throw me a virtual one, and I'm so grateful. it truly takes a village, y'all.

*Questions, concerns or other? Anything else exciting to share? I’ve been thinking a lot about my loss lately, as my current due date and loss were in the same month. It’s crazy to think that it has been almost a year since then! Thinking about you ladies, especially the PGAL who helped me so much after my loss. ❤️
Hello ladies! Apologies for disappearing, but I was having a lot of pregnancy related anxiety and I found that getting away from forums about pregnancy really helped. Wanted to come back with one final update in case anyone is curious!
*How long were you active on TTGP and when (minimum of 3 months)? Large portions of 2020 in a couple of chunks, more than 3 months.
*How far along are you? Graduated!
*Which birth month board/due date? Was due October 5th, ended up delivering late September.
*Team Pink/Blue/Green? Little boy!

Overall it was an uneventful pregnancy. Had some extra testing in the beginning due to my loss last year, but everything came back normal. Delivery was uneventful as well, but I ended up with preeclampsia after he was out. He was born at 38 weeks so he is tiny but pretty perfect. I am absolutely in love!

*How are you doing picking out a name? Feel free to share it. We have one - it took us a while to actually start referring to her as her name but now it's pretty much second nature.
*Questions, concerns or other? Anything else exciting to share? So far, everything has been pretty uneventful, thank Goodness (and knock wood). I had to do the 3-hr glucose test but luckily I passed. Now just counting down the days until baby girl and getting everything ready!
