Hi everyone! I am curious what your experience has been with implantation bleeding. Yesterday, the day before my period, I had the start of some brown bleeding at 4pm. It contained some clots (which is very unusual for me) The bleeding was mostly darker brown and contained flakey dried blood specs. There was one swipe of red throughout the evening. This morning I've had just light brown spotting with continual dried blood specs. So less than 24 hours of any spotting/bleeding. I am worried it could be a chemical pregnancy because of the clots. Anyone else have this experience?
I haven't yet took a pregnancy test. I usually wait till my missed period to test, then the bleeding came. I will test tomorrow morning.

I was so scared to open this in case there was a picture.
We can’t tell you what’s happening in your uterus. I’m not sure why you are jumping to a CP versus it being your period when you haven’t tested?
If you test and it’s negative, you can read our board rules here
Just lurking, but I wanted to advice that perhaps the 1st trimester board would be better for this question. Not all members here have never experienced pregnancy, whereas the members in the 1st trimester have.
Maybe not the most sensitive thing to go up to a stranger in a *TRYING* to get pregnant group and say “hey is this what pregnancy looks like?”
@court_carebear I've had implantation bleeding that I thought was spotting before AF. I've had AF spotting that I thought (hopefully) could maybe be implantation bleeding. I've had spotting/bleeding that ended up being a MC. You need to TAKE A TEST if you want to know. If it's NOT positive, then you are NOT PG at this time. Please don't immediately jump to assuming you're having a CP/MC!!! For those of us who have suffered MCs, especially those of us who have RPL, it's extremely arrogant and hateful. You don't know what's going on with your body, so you immediately assume it's the worst thing and just casually throw that out there? Can you imagine what it's like to have had 5 MCs, no living children, and then have someone say "I think I may be PG and having implantation bleeding... but maybe it's a CP instead. I'm too lazy to test, so if I keep bleeding I'm just going to assume MC."
