Hi, My name isn't CourageSage but for now I don't want to put my actually name right now. I am 22 (23 in December)years old. I am currently 5'6" and 180 pounds. I am trying to get down to a healthier weight obviously before TTC but it's hard because I definitely have baby fever right now. But I am trying to hit fitness hard these next two months to evaluate when we might be ready. Hoping to start TTC then or not long after that. I am curious what everyone suggests doing for prep before TTC? Were there books you read or other things you did?

@songbird2319 our board/community is structured differently from others in that we don't encourage one-off posts. If you'd like to learn more about how we function, you can read the The Ultimate TTGP Guide -- Newbies, Read This First!! posted at the top of the board.
In the meanwhile, since you're not yet TTC but have baby fever, I recommend you check out Babies on the Brain. They might have their own rules, so might be a good idea to lurk there a bit. They happen to have a Prep tips for moms-to-be thread that might be useful.
