@kiki047 TEW got back to me this morning with the following message! I thank my lucky stars that I convinced MH to do a consult with her even though it was expensive and he had the "consult-fatigue." 🙏🏻
hi [Clever]
I see this too and I don't worry about it
starting a higher dose of meds I think is helpful in this type of approach
I really like the doses you're going to be on
450 is so great!!!!!
Update me with your scans if you'd like, I'd love to hear from you and cheer you on
@acleverusername I was beaming reading TEW’s msg - how wonderful to have someone like that in your corner. I love that for you! I hope that lets you breathe a little easier going into this cycle. ❤️
TTC History:
Me: 36 MH: 39, TTC since Dec 2017
Aug '18: PCOS dx
Nov '18: MH SA - 19mil
Dec '18-Mar '19: Letrozole + TI - all BFN
Apr '19: Letrozole + TI, - BFN. Repeat SA (27mil) & DNA fragmentation test (17%)
So so so mad. I finally got ahold of the doctor that was supposed to be monitoring me with the Letrozole that’s closer to my house after almost 2 weeks yesterday and her office acted like they had no idea what I was talking about and they called her I guess and just said “you can ovulate at different times after Letrozole EOD will suffice” and I lost my ever loving sh*t because that’s NOT what we discussed and she was the only dr I could get to agree to that around here. So I messaged my doctor who prescribed the letrozole and he basically said after consulting the RE that he now thinks he can’t help and suggested I just look into adopting and canceled our upcoming appointments. I was so upset I didn’t even say anything. I was upfront with everyone that I knew this was a long shot and that I just wanted to try. They both also brought up the fact that I’m also at risk for having a child with fragile X as I’m a carrier and it’s just such a slap yin the face. I have two more rounds of Letrozole that was already prescribed to me it’s basically all I have left. It’s not responsible but this is the end of the road I’ve talked to around 20 doctors all different kinds no one will help. They all say how sorry they are and I need to move on. So I guess I have my 5% chance of ovulating on my own randomly but I guess we are moving on the embryo donation. Which I’m not against I just wanted to feel like I tried everything. I’m sorry if this reads like I’m being dramatic. I’m just so upset and just... done. I’ve tried so hard to get them to hear my case, no one cares.
@daisy0322 I'm so sorry to hear the doctors basically changed their mind while you’re in a medicated cycle. You have the right to be extremely angry and annoyed!
@mokay19 thanks yeah Im just in disbelief- I never told them I expected this to have great odds and the both assured me that they were willing to try anyway
@daisy0322 big hug from afar. i'm not sure i exactly understand what happened but it seems bizarre to me that the dr would basically cancel mid-treatment, and especially after a failure to communicate with a local monitoring arrangement. they don't even know whether or how the drugs are working! isn't this the same doc who seemed optimistic? i'm so sorry.
History
I am doing this on my own. Left ovary and fallopian tube removed due to cyst/necrosis just after birth. Right ovary and tube still purport to function.
Began TTC in Aug '18 @ age 35
5 or 6 (or 7?!) cycles using frozen donor sperm, ICI. All BFN
Mar-Jun '19 IUIs, all BFN
Began process of referral for RE in spring of '19, blood tests confirm low AMH (.54) but all else is good.
May '19 HSG shows open tube, but ultrasound suggests fibroids
MRI in June '19 confirms two large fibroids, one growing through wall of uterus
In June '19 I move from California to Oregon, disrupting my insurance, referrals, etc. 5 months spent piecing it all back together.
Nov. '19 attempted myomectomy (vaginal approach) failed. 2nd surgery using laparoscopic method in Jan '20 is successful.
April '20 --> June '20, natural IUIs, all BFN.
July? saline ultrasound and bubble test demonstrate open tube
July '20 clomid cycle cancelled for thin lining
Aug-Oct, 3 femara cycles, all BFN
RE referral. While waiting to set up an appointment Nov-Jan,I continue with natural cycles and ICI, using a known donor, BFN...
Jan '21 more bloodwork, AMH is worse (.30), FSH high albeit not catastrophic at 13.2. hysteroscopy all good. "looks cozy!" says the RE.
Feb '21, injectables (menopur, novarel), iui, BFN (doc said the frozen donor sperm sample had the "best numbers she'd ever seen!")
Mar '21, injectables, iui cancelled due to lack of follicles, converted to at home-insem. BFN
May '21, first IVF round cancelled due to cyst.
July '21 IVF: standard antagonist. 225menupur/225gonal-f/cetrotide/5000u trigger, AFC 7; 6 days of stims. 8 eggs retrieved, 7 mature, 5 fertilize, 4 made it to blast. 3 are 4AB, 1 is 4BB. PGT-A results all abnormal. Oct '21 somewhat improved AMH (.51) and significantly improved FSH (8.9). Maybe it's all the pills I swallow. Dec -21, standard antagonist. 225menupur/225gonal-f/cetrotide/5000u trigger, AFC 5; 11 days of stims. retrieval yields 5, 4M, 2 reach day-6 blast (4AB & 4BB). 1 low-level mosaic (chr. 3 deletion), 1 complex abnormal. Feb '22 FET (low-level mosaic): CP. May '22 egg retrieval, lupron flare protocol. HGH priming for 1 month before stims; md lupron 20/20u daily; menopur 225, follistim 225, 10k trigger after 8 days of stims; AFC 10; 13 retrieved; 10 mature; 8 fertilized. All frozen at 2PN for later thaw, grow, and biopsy. July '22 egg retrieval same protocol: 9 days of stims; AFC 8; 10 retrieved, 8 mature, 4 fertilized and frozen. Sept '22 ER same protocol: AFC 10; 12 retrieved, 11 mature, 11 fertilized. From the 3 retrievals, 7 survived to day 5-6 blastocyst, from which I have 2 normal embryos! FET scheduled for Jan 20. Fully medicated, baby aspirin, dexamethasone, acupuncture, and as much woo as I can stand (which isn't very much). BFN.
I’m going to post tags after checking in. Trying to not let the whole week get away from me!
Diagnosis (if you've been): RPL/RIF, Elevated NK cells, DQ Alpha Match, blood-clotting disorders, AMA, DOR
Status (WTO/TWW/TTA): WTO
What are you doing this cycle? (Testing? Treatment?): I just had a 3rd hysteroscopy this week. I did it without anesthesia😳, which was interesting. It hurt but was fascinating to be awake & see the inside of my uterus on the screen. Everything looked good: the Dr said no polyps or fibroids or scar tissue. Dr. took a tissue sample so we will have a final clearance on no infections etc., so that we can go ahead with transfer next month. I am feeling great about this. I also have to get an endometrial biopsy for my RI about a week after ovulation this cycle; her version looks for a couple more things than the sample that was just taken during the hysteroscopy.
How are things going?: In my TTC world, things are great! It’s taken so long to get here but I’m finally feeling like I’ve done absolutely everything I could to make this happen. I met with my RE this week to discuss the quality of our most recent embryo collection. She didn’t have the report in hand from the embryologist but said that we’d gotten very good embryos. I asked her if we should do one more round of retrieval and she said that in her opinion it was a good idea just to have a few more chances for success. So we’ve decided to do one final round and retrieval next month, with a fresh transfer. This is really it. We have exhausted our funds for this process and I’m out of time. I start new work with the new school year and won’t have as flexible a schedule. I’m feeling at peace knowing that this is really the end of the road as far as retrievals and banking embryos. To top this off, we received our embryo quality report late last night and it was relieving. Three embryos are as good as they can be (Day 3 so this grading is by looks alone) and one is close behind. So we have 3 from this round that are very good with no fragmentation, and 2 from last round that are very good, 1 that is good, and 1 that is fair. I’m hoping with one more retrieval we can have 10 total, which is statistically likely to yield us at least one normal even without testing. [In hindsight I’m actually glad I got to speak to my RE before the embryo quality report came through, because I might have hesitated more about doing one more cycle if I’d seen that we had a pretty good shot with what we have now.] Also, my RE is familiar with Neupogen and is willing to use it in my next transfer. In my regular life I’m basically a zombie, so may not get to tags till way later today. I flew overnight Monday to the doctor for Tuesday morning hysteroscopy appt, flew home Tuesday night, slept for a few hours, then stayed in all-day work trainings and back-to-back meetings from 2 a.m. until 5 p.m. yesterday. Back at it all day today so basically this is me ⬇️
Will get back on here during breaks in work meetings today.
Any questions?: NATM
GTKY: Who/what group was your first concert? Goodness, add me to those who feel aged by this question😄 Where I live we had international reggae artist come through for concerts more than any other type of artist, so my first concert as a kid was UB40.
Hey all, I've been a bit MIA. Things have been a little crazy between work drama, run of the mill home stuff, and a death in the family. I wanted to get back into checking in before I fell completely out of the loop!
@keikilove, that's great news about your embies!!!
@kiki047, I am with you on hating limbo right now but also not wanting to hurry summer along. I agree with the others, get whatever tests you can/want from the first RE, nothing wrong with that!
@Avrilmai - good luck!! I will have all my fingers crossed for you!
@acleverusername, so happy to hear that you're feeling better about this cycle (I'll also have all my fingers crossed for you, lol).
Diagnosis (if you've been): MFI (OAT) is the primary one
Status (WTO/TWW/TTA): WTO I guess
What are you doing this cycle? (Testing? Treatment?): Right now, trying to track down my medical records to make sure everything made it to my new RE. This, unsurprisingly, is not going well, lol. Good thing I have time.
How are things going?: mostly fine. I'm doing a horrible job right now of taking my vitamins, but I'm using the fact that half of my house is in a state of destruction as my excuse for now, lol. We're putting in new flooring and it's taking longer than it was supposed to because, like all remodeling projects, we've run into some bumps. I haven't had real floors in the whole first story of my house in almost 2 weeks and it's making me a little crazy.
GTKY: Who/what group was your first concert? I'm not sure that I remember....I know I went to a Taking Back Sunday concert pretty early on but I can't confidently say it was my first.
@optimistgardener I ended up getting my vaccine schedule for what I project to be my O date so we'll see how that goes. I just hope that doesn't mess with temps that FF automatically assumes it's my O day since some people get fevers from it. We'll see *shrug*
@gingermama29 nice job with the workouts! What kind of stuff/exercises/programs does Beachbody have?
@mokay19 glad everything came back normal for you. I'd want to get the show on the road too with a plan already in place! We wait long enough dealing with IF
@acleverusername I love how you're so buddy buddy with TEW lol. Hope stims has been going well for you so far. Happy to hear your feeling much better about this cycle. Funny how delays really suck and having to cancell
@daisy0322 what the heck with your doctor?? Like okay I can get the idea that letrozole is pretty safe so monitoring might not be needed if you were just to BD EOD, but with your situation you need to make sure it's actually producing the results you want!
@keikilove so glad you're at peace with everything. Yay for good looking embryos!
@zwink1 ugh the process and time to get medical records forwarded is such a pain! It's never easy! I worry I'll be like you when we get to remodeling a good chunk of our house which is not only an entirely new kitchen, but we're moving and taking down walls and moving a pathway from our foyer into the kitchen. It is NOT going to be a short process and I have no idea how I'm going to deal with no kitchen. Ughhhhhhhh
AFM, nothing really new to report other than finally getting my vaccine appointment scheduled. Next week Friday is the day! Which also happens to be DH's birthday and right around the time I should O. This might turn into a disaster . I guess as long as I get the vaccine before 5dpo when implantation may occur I should, in theory, be fine. Sadly I have no choice in which vaccine I will get, but I wonder if I can request one because of TTC.

@optimistgardener@inthewoods23 i know! I’m like totally blown away by all this. I really think I’ll just try the letrozole for the other two rounds I have of it and if it doesn’t work then it doesn’t and I think I’ll be ready to move on to donor embryos. Both of these doctors were so optimistic at first and now it’s like they realized they don’t want to bother with it anymore.
@keikilove what a good report! I am so so happy for you. You must be so relieved now.
@zwink1 Im sorry you have so many things going on, I hope to rest soon 💕
@daisy0322 bizarre. Sounds like a good plan though. And I guess you'll know it works if you are temping. GL!

@keikilove whew friend, your updates make me tired and I'm just a bystander. You are the literal definition of a Warrior, my friend. I am so happy to hear that you've gotten some great quality embryos banked, and that you're feeling good about putting this part of your journey to rest (after your last ER) and moving on to transfers to bring your precious rainbow home. I hope work relents just a little for you because WHEW that sounds intense!
@zwink1 hi! I wondered where you disappeared to. My goodness, I'm sorry to hear about all the happenings in your life, that sounds super stressful. Especially the floors/renos. We've lived through 2 major renovations in the last 3 years and it was hell. I just don't like feeling like my whole world is in chaos, and that's what it feels like when your house is a mess. Hope that gets finished ASAP for you. As for the transferring of records fiasco, whyy do they have to make things so damn complicated? It doesn't seem that difficult, so what am I missing? Geez.
@daisy0322 like seriously, WTF to your doctors. If they won't even monitor you in the first place how do they know that things aren't doing what they're supposed to be doing? I'm so sorry this is happening to you, might even be worse that they went and got your hopes up only to drop you mid-cycle. I would 100% do what you're suggesting and just keep taking the rest of the letrozole to use it up (which is also basically what I'm doing now).

@kiki047 I was thinking about this more and I don’t think it’s that you have unrealistic/naive expectations about how much they will care about you as a patient, I just think even if (when!) they are amazing they just won’t be offended if you move on. Also, I have a client whose company name acronym is very close to IUI and I have to catch myself from typing the wrong thing all the time haha
@inthewoods23 I don’t know if this really counts but I got my second dose the day before CD1 and O was right on time that month. I was 9 DPO for the first dose and it didn’t seem to affect anything either. I’ll be curious to see what happens for you!
@optimistgardener I don’t think I got a chance to fully convey my excitement for your 4!!! embryos. I know I said I was going to be a little disappointed if you didn’t get to transfer but the surprise bonus embryo helped me to get over it quickly haha
@gingermama29 that’s great you didn’t have side effects on clomid! That makes me hopeful for if/when I take it. And that’s awesome about the workouts. There’s a girl on my FB feed who does some kind of fitness program and is a coach, she never says what it is but I feel like it’s beachbody. She’s actually not that annoying about it which makes me slightly tempted to try
@daisy0322 I am SO mad on your behalf. I wish I could yell at your doctors for you. It makes no sense to me.
@Avrilmai good luck testing this weekend! I hope time is going by quickly for you or at least that you are able to skate through the week without doing too much thinking!
@mokay19 I would be annoyed about waiting so long for a post op too! I think insurance won’t pay for the whole procedure unless they do one but I don’t see why they couldn’t get started on the next cycle anyway. Or squeeze you in somewhere. So annoying.
@acleverusername so glad it seems like this cycle is not going to hit any roadblocks! I couldn’t be more excited for you! And yay for TEW check-in!
@keikilove oh friend I can feel the relief in your post! So happy that everything is going so well. And that you have a great plan that you feel good about. I hope you were able to get some rest and feel more normal now!
@zwink11 welcome back! I do not envy your medical record project. Hopefully things start falling into place soon.
AFM I never got around to checking in this week but have been stalking all of you so wanted to at least reach out. I have no real update other than tonight is my last birth control pill. I feel like my body is really ready to be off of it (I keep spotting) so I’m hoping I get a withdrawal bleed soon. Other than Sharon Lois and Bram 🙂 my first concert was blink 182. I was in high school and went with a group of friends who had been to concerts before and I felt like we were so cool. It’s one of my best high school memories
@kiki047@bows22 thanks yeah Im pretty freaking angry mainly about how it was done but at least we are on the embryo adoption List now. I just want a baby I don’t really care how it gets in there
@daisy0322 didn’t you say you had a friend who offered you some of their embryos too? Is that still an option? Would you stay with this same ridiculous RE to do the transfer?

@Daisy0322 I don’t quite understand what happened but so sorry that no one’s willing to work with you now. This sounds like a truly bizarre turn of events.
@bows22 Thank you so much for your kind words. I hope that AF shows up for you soon and that you can move towards that next biopsy very quickly. You’re keeping a very positive outlook about the whole thing.
@inthewoods23 Wow! I had no idea the timing of your vaccine was is in the midst of so much excitement. I laughed at your comment about how this could all turn out. But then again, it could just be a really fun & hopefully fruitful time for you and YH.😉
@zwink1 Welcome back! It does sound like you have a lot going on. Hopefully your construction will be done sooner rather than later and you’re able to get back on your vitamin regimen. It can be so hard to get back into the habit when you’re falling out of it.
@aCleverusername I’m so excited for you for this second round of stimming!! I read your post about the follies of different sizes and did think that this is a very normal occurrence, especially if you weren’t on bcp or Estradiol to keep them from developing. That is so awesome that the egg whisperer responds to you directly and quickly like that! Your consult payment was money well spent indeed! I bet it feels like such peace of mind having her as your second opinion. I’m so happy to hear that you’re feeling so much better about this second cycle. That positive thinking can make such a difference on the whole experience.☀️ Can you remind me again of the theory behind a mid luteal stem start? Is it better suited to some patients versus others? Thanks!
@kiwi2628 I hope you’re holding up there and able to stick to your ‘do not test’ mantra!
@mokay19 Ugh, that is so irritating about the delays with the post-op appointment. I hope it’s smooth sailing and a green light to move forward next cycle!
@avrilmai I’m sure you are well aware of this, but it’s almost Saturday!😀🤞🏽
@kiki047 Thank you, as always, for your sweet supportive words. I’m glad that you’re doing a bit better while in limbo and trying to fully enjoy this lovely summer. It’s shocking how time is just passing by this year. I heard that Canada is about to open back up very shortly—is this true? Will you & YH be going anywhere when this happens?
@optimistgardener How are things going for you? I liked what you posted about possibilities in the future and how your next window for treatment would be in December. I really related to what you said about not doing anything in the Fall would feel so strange after all this effort. I feel the same way! I’m not sure I will know what to do with myself when all of this phase is over.
@gingermama29 Ooooh, I didn’t know that BeachBody has Pilates! Very cool. Glad you’ve found something you’re really enjoying. Also, your first concert sounds EPIC. Hope all is well with you this week/end.
@optimistgardener and @inthewoods23, I'm not tracking anything right now, so absolutely take anything I say with a grain of salt. However, I had little to no symptoms to the vaccine (Pfizer) as far as I could tell. So while I got my first dose around O, I experienced no identifiable reactions.
@inthewoods23, yeah I was not expecting this to turn into such a project. Initially, we were told it would take 5 days and they'd go room by room so the space would be somewhat useable...that did not happen. Ah well, I just keep reminding myself that it will be so great when it's done! We need our kitchen redone too, but the idea of living without it is frightening!
@daisy0322, thank you! I'm so sorry you're having such a hard time with Dr's offices. I don't completely understand the situation (probably a side effect of me being MIA), but I can't believe no one would be willing to at least try to assist.
@kiki047, @bows22 - seriously with the medical records. Everything is online now. Why is it so hard to track this ish down!? Ah well. It's partially my fault, I should've been requesting copies from the beginning!
Edit: to correct my errors in the use of the English language.
@daisy0322 lady, I am so sorry you’ve had to deal with all of that medical BS. I don’t even have words! Sending you hugs of support. I also love what you said “I just want a baby, I don’t care how it gets in there!”
@keikilove I’m super curious… why did you decide to have the hysteroscopy without the anesthesia? I bet it was fascinating though! You’re a trooper. I’m so excited for the good quality embryos you got this cycle and ones you’ll hopefully get with another DuoStim procedure! 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 It’s the feeling of “I have done everything that is humanly possible a calming one?!” I am so so hoping that you’ll get at least 1 THB out of those embies!!! Do you think you’ll transfer more than 1 at a time? And also, what’s the status of your LIT treatment? At some point you’d mentioned levels of something or other… are you levels in the right range? To answer your question re: why mid-luteal, it’s because of how quickly I developed lead follicles during my IUIs so suspicion that I recruit in luteal phase. And also, aygestin priming didn’t work for me. And when I did my ER back in 2019, I was also over suppressed with estrace. So, hoping mid-luteal is the one that does the trick! 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻(And also, my clinic seems to prefer mid-luteal for older ladies. At least 2 of my friends who went to the same clinic were put on the same protocol.)
@zwink1 argh, I’m sorry you’re in a reno hell. That can’t be helping with your TTC efforts. Hopefully all the delays and dust will be worthwhile!
@inthewoods23 Good Lord regarding your timing of vaccine, and YHs bday. I guess one way to keep it from turning into a disaster is going to Bonefish Grill! 🤪
@bows22 I hope you your bleed and can get that in office biopsy over and done with (and hopefully get conclusive results!!!)
AFM, I had my first monitoring ultrasound today (Day 4; which I negotiated with my doctor) and things looked good! Stats in spoiler:
All 7 of my right-side follicles responded to treatment, and were measuring between 4.6 and 8.6mm. On the left side, 3 of 5 had responded for now, measuring between 6.7 and 8.6mm. My E2 was 150, which is the same as it was on Day 6 last cycle!!! I am very pleased with my ovaries today. Good job pals!
Based on those results, RE is keeping my doses the same, and I’m starting the antagonist on Sunday morning. Next u/s is on Monday morning! Woot!
Oh and I had an acupuncture appointment this morning, and for the first time ever, she told me that my tongue looked great! (In Chinese medicine, different areas of the tongue represent different organs and depending on the color of that area it could mean the organ is doing good or bad. Every time that she’s checked it before, she’d always ask me questions “are you sleeping well?” Or “are you drinking enough water?” Today it was: “it looks great!” I’m also continuing to feel good despite the stims. Woot! I hope it lasts for a few more days at least.
hey folks. sorry i'vd been mia the past few days but i took a last minute trip to the woods and have mostly been without good internet. i'll do a more thorough set of tags when i get home but just wanted to say to @keikilove that i did my hysteroscopy sans anesthesia also (in fact i wasn't given another option) and it was super fascinating and not painful at all! and @acleverusername heck yeah to the good response so far. glad you're still feeling great on the stims.

BFN.
If it were at all competent in the world of gifs I'd put a cool one here visualizing a triumphant return, but this is an area of specialization that I leave to all you experts while I stick with old fashioned words. Anyway. I'm back from the forest! Although obvs I did my fair share of lurking via phone in the past few days because I couldn't keep myself away from the gross peggy post.
@zwink1 hi! your house refurb situation sounds really discombobulating and frustrating. I hope it all gets finished soon and you have your world back in order!
@inthewoods23 looking forward to hearing about how the vaccination/O date thing goes! I can't remember, is this your first or second dose?
@daisy0322 I know you'd been temping before, but have you been temping since you went on the hormone replacement/letrozole? did it seem like anything changed with your temps?
@bows22 did you get your withdrawal bleed? glad to be off the pills?
@keikilove I'm ok. Just trying not to stress too much about what the results of the genetic test will be. I did a pretty good job of not thinking about it while I was out in the forest but now i'm going to have to figure out other ways to distract myself. I just wanted to reiterate that i'm so glad you're feeling good about things and where you are. I am rooting hard for you.

@optimistgardener we went camping this weekend so I’m not sure if my better mood is due to not being on the pill anymore or just being relaxed. We will see how this week at work goes haha. I hope you had a nice relaxing weekend too! And yes it’s CD1 here!

In my regular life I’m basically a zombie, so may not get to tags till way later today. I flew overnight Monday to the doctor for Tuesday morning hysteroscopy appt, flew home Tuesday night, slept for a few hours, then stayed in all-day work trainings and back-to-back meetings from 2 a.m. until 5 p.m. yesterday. Back at it all day today so basically this is me ⬇️
@keikilove, that's great news about your embies!!!
@optimistgardener - 4 is fantastic news, congratulations!
@gingermama29 nice job with the workouts! What kind of stuff/exercises/programs does Beachbody have?
@Avrilmai GL testing this weekend!
This might turn into a disaster

@kiwi2628 fingers crossed for you!!

@zwink1 argh, I’m sorry you’re in a reno hell. That can’t be helping with your TTC efforts. Hopefully all the delays and dust will be worthwhile!
@bows22 I hope you your bleed and can get that in office biopsy over and done with (and hopefully get conclusive results!!!)
AFM, I had my first monitoring ultrasound today (Day 4; which I negotiated with my doctor) and things looked good! Stats in spoiler:
Based on those results, RE is keeping my doses the same, and I’m starting the antagonist on Sunday morning. Next u/s is on Monday morning! Woot!

Oct '21 somewhat improved AMH (.51) and significantly improved FSH (8.9). Maybe it's all the pills I swallow.

Feb '22 FET (low-level mosaic): CP.
May '22 egg retrieval, lupron flare protocol. HGH priming for 1 month before stims; md lupron 20/20u daily; menopur 225, follistim 225, 10k trigger after 8 days of stims; AFC 10; 13 retrieved; 10 mature; 8 fertilized. All frozen at 2PN for later thaw, grow, and biopsy.
