@mamanbebe I actually read the opposite but probably just on google lol. I just liked the gummies because who doesn’t like gummies? Lol. I am chronically low iron, have been forever, and I just take iron as needed. But I have ibs that’s recently been really bad so I have to really limit it. I’m going to look into your suggestions! Thank you!

I do have chronically low iron but iron hurts my stomach (even steak lately) so I really only take it when I really need it. @acleverusername your research skills are impeccable. I should do that too, I keep switching brands after I decide I don’t like one lol. I like Theralogix supplements but they don’t have many up here in Canada.
Right now I’m taking Pink Stork prenantals and actually really like them. They have kind of a hint of a berry scent to them even though they’re capsules. Don’t make me nauseous or constipated, which is a win right off the bat. Also don’t have a weird after taste. And you only need to take 2/day, some I’ve seen are like 6 or 8 a day. I haven’t done a clever-level comparison of ingredients though and I still also take a million other supplements so there’s that.
