Typical LP length: 7-9 the past few cycles- was always 11 days prior.

R/R: I've started getting some nerve neck pain which has become a new normal for me around my period. I think it’s hormone related? It’s absolutely miserable. So I’m not symptom spotting or anything…….. but feel like this cycle ain’t it.

R/R: We dropped off our tog at a sitter for the first time today (since we rehomed her 2 months ago). I can only imagine what it feels like to drop off a child at a daycare for the first time. I have lots of feels. That said, we were then able to go out for breakfast just DH and I, and we went to the hippiest of hippy places. Lol. Only because I'm on this metabolic cleanse program which greatly limits what I eat so I had to look up vegan places to go to. It was actually rather enjoyable. MH said he'd come back.

@paytonpedro I'm sorry about the nerve pain; hormones are a likely culprit. And I'm sorry you're feeling this cycle ain't it. Btw, I need to go back and answer your question in the June thread... haven't had the time yet.

@acleverusername I’m glad you’re doing so good with no sugar and caffeine! And also that you were able to find a good place for breakfast! Sometimes you find a new regular place in the strangest way! What did you both get to eat? I appreciate that you’re still thinking about my question! No worries!

I'm going to post from the menu what I had: 

*removed the granola and dates from above, b/c I'm not allowed grains nor dried fruit. 

And FWIW, I've attached the list of foods I'm allowed/not allowed to eat.

@acleverusername that bowl sounds spectacular!! What did the latte taste like? Lol 
No shellfish either?! I’m so sorry lol. I’ve done a diet like this before. Not for any reason but to loose some weight. It was like a tweaked paleo diet. Are you doing this for fertility reasons? How long are you doing it for? It’s super nice that you found a restaurant where you can actually order and trust the menu. I’d be hard pressed to find something like that by me.

@paytonpedro I know how you feel about the cycle not being it. I have very tender breasts immediately after O until two days before my AF. So whenever it's getting close to AF and my breasts aren't sore, I know this cycle isn't it!

@acleverusername wow! Is this diet for the Hashimoto's? If so, how's it going for you?

R/R: My work is started summer intensive courses soon (teaching EFL). This means my course load will be doubled and I get no extra pay or benefits. Not looking forward to it, but at least it's only 3 weeks!

Also, recently I've really wanted a pet tortoise. Did anyone else experience these kind of new pet cravings during the TTC journey?

@mokamonster I feel like getting a pet while ttc would be really common. We’ve added a new pet like every 2-3 years lol. Also my sister has a Russian tortoise and he’s pretty cool! She’s his second owner and apparently the people who had him prior only fed him romaine so that’s all he’ll eat. But she’s a vegetarian and has wanted one forever.

@paytonpedro so far, we've gotten three cats over the three years and my husbands not even a pet person. But there's something about tortoisrs that attract me! Maybe because they live for 50 years
