@MelissaMay82 I do the same...though mostly bite it off, or chew on the inside of my lip. In general I've always had a bad "picking" habit, in gradeschool I remember getting in trouble because I'd pick off the erasers on all my pencils. But also scabs, dry skin, pieces of paper, any rough spot on something I'm touching (i.e. a splinter coming off of something wood, peeling paint, etc)
Got a few in addition to the picking thing. I play with my hair almost constantly (mostly twirling it). Also really bad about leaving dirty/used glasses out (my husband commented recently that he was worried I'd harangue him about this when we moved in together, but apparently I'm just as bad). I tend to put my clothes in piles rather than putting them away, and am awful about folding laundry in a timely manner. Actually I put everything in piles, generally. I know where things are, but never bother to do a proper organization/filing system (unless it's digital, I'm great about organizing digital files).
@MelissaMay82@akoros I am also a picker/dead skin biter. It's gross, and such a bad habit.
I am such a procrastinator. My husband just made me put together a list this weekend of all the things we need to accomplish before little guy gets here and it overwhelmed me, so I likely won't do any of it until the very last minute. God help us if he makes an early appearance!

@akoros@MelissaMay82 I do the same. When I have nothing else to pick on my body, I start to look on my husband and he's like "get away from me!"
1) I can be very forgetful. I have a habit of writing down my grocery list and then at the store, I play the game of "what did I have on my list that's on the kitchen table" 2) DH accuses me of man-looking when I'm trying to look for something. He's helped me find so many things that were either right in front of me, or just behind something that I was too lazy to move.
I get the “dropsies” like I will just put things down absentmindedly and then forget where I put them. My husband will get frustrated too because I can super quickly clutter up a space. I also have an “out of sight out of mind” work style, so my desk (while hyper organized) can get out of control so fast because I like to have all of my files that I am working on in front of me. 🤷🏼♀️
@MelissaMay82 I do the same thing with my lips! I’ve tried everything like lip scrubbers and Vaseline after a shower but they constantly peel.
This is more of a weird thing I do but I wear socks to bed but take them off in the middle of the night and hide them under my pillow (you know! In case I get cold). MH always teases me when we change the sheets bc I have so many squirreled away like a total weirdo.
I pick my dry skin and lips really bad. Especially in the winter when out usual crazy humidity is not around. MH hates it.
I also never fold clothes. I hate doing it. So they stay in the laundry basket until I (still not folded) throw them in a drawer. I have them organized but good luck finding that specific shirt in a pile of twisted and tangled T-shirt’s shoved in a drawer.
Oh, I'm also terrible about doing laundry. I leave it as late as I can. This is why we still do our laundry separately even though we've lived together for 6 years, my husband needs to do his every other week (or is it every week?) and would never be able to wait for me to get around to it.
I too am slow to do laundry. I am much better now that I’m a mom and have to do my toddlers laundry weekly. I always make sure we have enough clothes in a size to not have to do laundry more than once a week though.
I mess with my split ends. I have to be very on top of getting my hair trimmed regularly or I will mess with my split ends.
I will out-gross you all lol, I love squeezing blackheads and even watch blackhead videos on YouTube fairly regularly for relaxation/soothing, it totally horrifies my husband 🤣

@legallykate omg do you ever watch the show called Dr Pimple Popper? 😆 I watch it and can't help watching all those lumps and bumps she squishes and oozes out lol its soo gross but cant stop watching haha.
@legallykate I also love those videos and Dr PP. DH and I watch a lot of ear wax videos also.
I'm gross. Also a picker. Scabs, split ends, zits, and ear wax. One of the most things that was most amazing to me when ds1 was freshly born was that he came out of the womb with earwax!! I didn't even know that could happen. I also love peeling sunburn skin off and get so excited when dh or I get burnt.
I have a hard time remembering to screw or completely close things with lids. We use to buy this milk that had a top that had to be fully pressed on and it was non homogenized so it had to be shaken. There were multiple incidents where we went to shake the milk and it went all over the kitchen.
@legallykate did you have any success with getting rid of the cradle cap?
DS had it pretty badly. I found a shampoo that didn't seem to make it as bad. As DH and I are both fair, I am expecting another fair baby with very little hair like DS. I think his lack of hair made the cradle cap stand out more. I put lotion on and he end up with greasy hair. Poor kid had it until 2.5 years old. At least he eventually grew hair to cover it. I would love to try to save the new baby from cradle cap if I can.

@DoubleUp8 ds2 had it also. Did you nurse? I started taking biotin on advice from my ped and however it transferred in breast milk cleared up the cradle cap.
I had blood drawn at the hema yesterday and it was taking forever. While we were waiting, the phlebotomist and I were talking about Dr PP and she said she's obsessed with the show about feet- my feet are killing me I think? I haven't seen that one yet though
@DoubleUp8 DD had it come back around 2 also and I thought that was so weird, maybe due to the summer heat? I never found anything that really worked for it, we did try bathing/shampooing less often and that actually seemed to help some, the one time I tried coconut oil it was a greasy disaster lol. I am def going to take the rec from @_orchid_ and try biotin if DS has it too.
