@jessieleine I'm so sorry that happened to you and I'm glad you're OK. That sounds like my first pregnancy. I'm glad you advocated for yourself. Fwiw, my doctor said having only one tube was not a problem for getting pregnant in the future.

First ultrasound today. There was a sac and nothing else. Doctor says it’s either that I ovulated later than we thought or it’s a miscarriage. I’m not sure what to think. The doctor was optimistic but I’m not feeling positive about it.
At the risk of tmi...we had sex on New Years and then before that I didn’t mark down that we didn’t have sex late enough in my cycle to be anything less than 6 weeks along now if the sperm lived 5 days. First BFP was 12/28 But, I was also having dye stealers into last week, and still have occasional nausea and sore breasts- though those symptoms are not as prominent as they were- but my fatigue and frequent urination are going strong. Some cramping, but no bleeding at all. Doctor says cramping is normal, and that my previous pregnancies both being early ovulations are nothing to go by.
I am a mess. Going back on the 28th to see if there’s a baby or if there’s nothing
Well, I started reddish-brown spotting this afternoon. My RE is having me come in tomorrow morning for a u/s that DH can’t come to. I’m hoping for the best but I’m panicked.
@runningoncookies ugh I hope it’s just normal spotting. If it’s reddish-brown and not bright red it could be old blood. Thinking of you and hoping for good news.

Thanks all for the support! I just got back from my appointment. Baby is measuring 7+1 with a strong HB at 153. My RE found a small-medium SCH which is likely the cause of the spotting. He told me to just stay off my feet as much as I can. Hopefully it goes away soon!
@runningoncookies such good news! I had a SCH with my last pregnancy and it cleared up by about 14 weeks. I hope everything runs smoothly for you from here on out!
@runningoncookies take advantage of the advice to rest! Make YH do everything for you! Get groceries delivered! Binge watch a show! Hoping it goes away soon and you don't have any more spotting.

@runningoncookies SCH can grow super fast and heal just as fast so definitely stay off your feet as much as possible. Most of them are harmless and heal with no issue. Did they say where it is? For example, at the end of the placenta or the center of the placenta.
@emeraldcity1214 no he didn’t say...I’ll have to ask when I go in later this week! They wanted me to keep my Thursday afternoon appointment since I’ll be 8 weeks on Saturday so insurance won’t cover RE visits anymore.
I’m currently at urgent care, at the suggestion of my OBGYN. I started having some dull aching in my left side and it’s not sitting right with me, so here I am prepping for an ultrasound to rule out an ectopic. I’m super nervous.
