@hillbillywife I’m sorry you had some blood this morning! But, I’d probably call your doc about the swelling. I just had my first appt yesterday and in the packet they gave me, it said to call if I have any swelling in the hands or feet. I’m not sure if that’s in reference to further into pregnancy, but it wouldn’t hurt to give them a call just to make sure they don’t need to check you out. Hugs. Update when you can.

My bloodwork doesn’t show enough for them to diagnose a loss so I’m hanging around in limbo while I wait for another u/s Friday. They’re making an exception and letting my husband come—usually they only let a partner come to the 12 week and 20 week scans—so they seem to be expecting bad news.
Progesterone is “a little low” at 11.2, but I’m not sure what it was at my last test. My hcg is 2150, but if it had been doubling every 72 hours since my last test it should have hit 2320 on Sunday. That doesn’t seem so far off, so I’m not sure what to think.

Spotting has picked up and getting more pink. Wearing a pad now. Not having cramps yet but definitely some discomfort. My appointment is still a week away. I have had no pregnancy symptoms at all and I'm losing hope. =(

Fx for everyone that this group has good news despite these symptoms. I'm spotting again too and had a dream last night that they couldnt find a heartbeat in one of the twins. My next appointment isnt until next Thursday, so I just keep hoping it stops again and doesnt come back.
thanks everyone, I appreciate your thoughts, prayers and kind words. I haven't called the dr yet. I started to right a message, but I thought I'd wait a few hours to see what happens with the bleeding.
@mrs_massie I'm so sorry you are dealing with bleeding. Hopefully, it stops soon. If it helps I know that bleeding is a lot more common in twin pregnancies and not necessarily an immediate sign that something is wrong. I'd still let the dr know though. Sending you love and good vibes!
@mrs_massie I'll echo what artsie said- bleeding is very common in twin pregnancies. You should call your Dr asap though bc they may want to get you in today or tomorrow to see what is going on. FX for you
went to the Dr. yesterday for an US. Everything looked great. Got to hear both heartbeats today. Still not sure where the bleeding is coming from, but he said he's confident it will stop and shouldnt return
