I read a dog obituary. To be fair, that would make me cry anyway.
Fun fact: I am a super emotional person to the point where it's a running joke with my friends. I cry over anything remotely happy, sad, sweet, etc. but during my last pregnancy almost nothing made me cry. I cried twice the entire time I was pregnant (once at a commercial for VR goggles and once because I realized how floppy my dogs ears were). This time has definitely been different though lol.
@texas_t hahaha I'll have to try to get one. They aren't floppy all the time! She has a lot of anxiety and is always on edge so usually her ears are perked but every now and then when she's able to get super relaxed or gets in a really goofy/playful mood, her ears relax and just kind of flop.
They played “Panama” on the radio after talking about Eddie VanHalen’s death and I sobbed the whole song. I wouldn’t consider myself to be a big enough fan to cry over his death but man, it got to me. Thx pregnancy.
My husband jokingly compared me to Lois on Family Guy when she was doing something annoying - he said, "See? That's how you are" with a stupid laugh and it made me start crying...🤦♀️

That would potentially make me cry without being pregnant. Guys just don't think their jokes all the way through.
@SkilledSailor - I know, right?? He truly was just joking and didn't really mean anything by it, but I guess I was feeling particularly vulnerable at that moment, Haha.
im currently binging the last season of Schitt's Creek and one of the episodes just made me cry putting in spoiler because it is literally a spoiler and if you don't watch the show you MUST
alexis and ted's last date. i was suddenly so sad for them, ugh
@asf0613 it’s so good. I might never forgive them for your first spoiler tbh but ugh what a fantastic show. Hands down my favorite show in years! I could talk about it all day and I will never not be impressed by the character development over all of the seasons. Also fun fact: Noah Reid (the guy who plays Patrick) is a musician and we were supposed to see him on tour back in April but stupid COVID had other plans.
@gusgus14 i actually only got into it because of the ladies over at TTGP always gif-ing it! i said okay i have to give this a try and THANK GOD i did. it is perfect to get my mind off other things, and you're right, the character development is just amazing
@ruby0902 I just started! I watched the first couple eps this past Spring with hubby at friends’ suggestion but he wasn’t into it. I thought it was cute, so I just watched a few more episodes over the weekend.
@ruby0902 it's definitely worth watching! youll find yourself obsessed @ec1212 it took me a few episodes to get into it for sure but then i was hooked!
Dh just called, he’s been in Idaho for work, with the VP of his company, and we just found out that she was exposed to someone in the company who tested positive for covid. They have been driving around in the same car for the last two days. So DH flew home today, picked up a suitcase of clothes that I left outside, and went to a hotel. He has a covid test scheduled for Saturday. Praying it is negative. We have been SO careful, we took the kids out of school two weeks before they closed. We only see family outside and/or with masks. We live close to where the first case was confirmed, and about 15 minutes from the nursing home with the first huge outbreak. But even with all of our care, it only took one weak link to expose my husband. I’m so sad and upset. He left on Monday, and is usually always home for the weekend. I won’t see him until we get that negative result back. So I’ve been randomly crying when I realize the possible situation we are in.

In the meantime, I’m single mom all week and weekend. And miss him a lot.
I cry so much when I am pregnant. So much. But I cried while watching Casper with my 7yo, he looked at me and goes "seriously mom?"
