Subchorionic hemorrhage/ low lying placenta...support?

Hi everyone! I went for an ultrasound yesterday after having some brown bleeding. Doctor said I have a low lying placenta and subchorionic hemorrhage. I’m 14 weeks.

should I be worried this won’t resolve?? Anyone else been told this?

  • What did your dr tell you?
I wouldn’t be worried if your dr wasn’t concerned. You have early and have plenty of time for placenta to move. Also SCH’s tend to resolve on their own too.

  • Agree with PP. Did your doctor express concern? Placentas can move, so there's a chance that even if its covering (full or partial) the cervix, it'll likely move. SCH will resolve on their own too. If your OB just said these things and gave you no insight, their kind of a cruddy doctor IMO.
